Lukaku scores finally for Inter Milan after Martinez could not connect with the ball he played in earlier on for him. An important goal for Inter Milan to give them the advantage.

Game is now 1-0 in favour of Milan.

Inter Milan wasn't very impressive in todays match day live. I expected them to have won this game right from the first half and not having an extra man on the pitch in the person of Lukaku and absence of Otavio to give them the edge. They had some great chnaces in the first half, mainly with the captain but, he wasn't getting his headed balls right or having the ball at his feet when given a pass to take a shot on goal. Good enough Lukaku came in and produced the goal.

Manchester City unfortunately had to come up with a draw. Not particularly a bad result but, they've still got to lace there boots tight when they welcome Leipzig to the Etihad. The Bundesliga side isn't always an easy win.

Manchester City are found of doing this they always destroy your prediction when you have full confidence in them but i knew this, after the great i enquire at their Saturday 1-1 draw against Nottingham forest so i had to played them to win either of the halves which they did in the first half.  Mahrez scored in the first half and rescued my ticket but was a little shocked at how Manchester city failed to score another. But like you said its going to be a definite done when playing at home at the etihad stadium.

Seriously, Real Madrid's performance yesterday exceeded my expectations in every way. As Liverpool was two goals down yesterday, I never imagined Real Madrid would have such a great chance to draw the game, let alone win and beat Liverpool by five goals. In fact, I don't see Real Madrid in that kind of form that they were in yesterday when they beat Liverpool with those kinds of goals because I believe Real Madrid hasn't been doing well in La Liga, and that shows their lack of form. Liverpool is humiliated by those goals.

I don't see them moving ahead the round of 16 easily again. But this is the Champions League, so anything can happen at any time.

Many people are been saying this that anything can happen in football and  I believe it truth because I have seen many but I don't see any magic that Liverpool will do and qualify because it was their home they game played that yesterday and that many that have happened in champion league it always home advantage. and From their current form I don't think Liverpool can score more goals in Real Madrid home that can make them qualify. So let just forget about anything can happen, because I see nothing much that Liverpool can do to qualify.

How to make the game interesting?

Just play without goalkeepers, crazy 2-3 for Real Madrid, while Napoli is doing his job vs a weaker opponent.

70 minutes of running time and the score has changed very quickly because now Madrid has the upper hand with a series of 5 goals.

Why were you so sure that they would win that game when they are not playing at home? I agree that they were the favorite in this game, but I wouldn't have been too confident. I remember that I think two years ago or so Leipzig has already beaten Manchester City once. When Leipzig plays their best I think they should at least be taken seriously in home games. I still believe that Manchester City will advance to the next round now, but saying this was an obvious win for Manchester City seems to be overly confident.

Manchester alone hasn't been a good side in the Premier League, although they have won all the group stage games with just a draw.
I really enjoyed the game i was telling a pal Manchester City are not going to win the game just the way they slipped off against Nothingham Forest during the weekend.

Another game to see that since Kelvin De Brunnie has dropped form and has not been around Erling Haaland stopped scoring goals. This should fuel them into chasing for James Madison from Leicester, lads deserves a better side than Leicester.

Man City seems like having good pressure at the beginning and they could manage the ball possession and attacks much better than Leipzig. However after Mahrez could make a goal in the 27 minutes. This really made many people optimize so much that Man City would be able to win the match. But after waiting for a long time, their performance seems too boring and did not really give high pressure again. They did more mistakes and couldn't optimize the chances, they missed the chances. However, Leipzig also strengthened their defense much better. man City seems like having some trouble attacking Leipzig's defenses. Well, although this first-leg match result was quite disappointing, at least, they still have second chances in the second leg.

To be honest the game between porto against inter was having a high tension. Both were equal and very competitive to make goals but the red card has become a very big problem for porto. I think that it will be draw if porto was not getting red card.

The red card was just giving lukaku a chance to play even freely and goal happened after red card has been given. That proves that how big the impact from the red card.

Yesterday I made a double bet on Real and Napoli, I bet 20 and I earned 139 USD.
Today I was confident in Manchester City and took the opportunity to make another double bet also betting on Porto, the latter I already knew it would be very risky, but I thought Porto is in a better phase and would work.

Needless to say that I lost that bet of 20 USD. I did not watch the Inter x Porto match, I chose to watch Man.City, and also disappointed with the result. The Man. City team seems very dependent on Haaland and amazingly the bench doesn't have so many players to play a match of this level, maybe this is the reason why Guardiola didn't make the changes.
But despite all this, I believe that the place for the next phase will be Man. City, it will be very difficult for RB Leipzig to qualify playing in England.

That's very very disappointing result from english teams. None of english clubs have been achieving a good results in the first leg. The performance by all of them was also under perform. City can't even beat leipzig which is a shame for a team that has capability to win UCL. How can city win UCL if it can't even beat leipzig? I don't wanna talk about chelsea as this club has been going down to the ground from the sky.

Totenham is also an over rated club. it has only average performance in the UCL. Liverpool has no chance to win against madrid in the santiago bernabeu. The english teams have been showing poor performance in the champion league.

Porto had a very good chance to score but the keeper for Inter Milan Onana was the difference, his reaction was very good and was able to make two consecutive saves to keep the ball out.

The encounter between Inter and Porto wasn't as fascinating to me. Both sides performed miserably, which left me wondering how such terrible play could be coming from professionals.

Inter and Porto didn't put on a very strong first-half display. They both shot the ball up and down without any coordination to score, which made me decide not to watch the second half.

A goal victory for Inter is a good one but they ought to perform better than this in their return leg match against Porto if they need to win

So City is the only team to get a draw in the first leg between EPL teams
Basically City has the advantage of playing home next time while Liverpool chances are tiny since they will play away with a minus 3 goals to return to the point zero..
Chelsea and Spurs will have home games that won't be easy since they are 1 goal behind them.

Underrate Leipzig at your own risk, Leipzig is not a soft nut to crack. You have to play them with all seriousness or watch them do wonders to you, I wasn’t surprise seeing their performances in that game especially in the second half of the game. The attacking spirit and determination to resist defeat was something great. I love their team spirit.

All other england teams except Liverpool have a decent chance to turn it around and pass into the next stage. The best chances Man City has ,but the worst  Liverpool by far and to me they are out of this tournament for sure,it would take a miracle for them to pass into the next stage.
