A nice try by them but we will see how things will turn out.    There is always a chance for Portugal to become Euro champions as long as they have quality players. Especially Ronaldo continues to make difference. He scored 10 goals during the qualifiers. But at the same time they have really capable other attackers such as Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva and many more which makes them very productive as for scoring.

Yep, that's good logic but at the end of the day it can't be a benchmark because at the moment performance matters and when a team wants to be the best in the Euros they have to work hard for it.

They've got the squad, player's and also the coach, it all depends on how the coach manages these players for this Competition. Last time I watched the German machines was during the 2014 Fifa World Cup Competition Finals against Argentina. Ever since they have struggled with several coaches in charge. During the last two Euros and World Cup Competition held recently they have also found it difficult to qualify out of the group stage.

T's a great goodbye I'd love for Toni Kroos if Germany can be successful same way Real Madrid was successful during the  Champions League Competition.

They also have good players like Jamal Musiala, Sane, Kai Havertz, Jonathan Tah, Tony Rudiger, Florian Wirtz, Toni Kroos and Joshua Kimmich who also have shown zeal they're waiting to win the trophy.

We can not judge what and how the performance of any team now can be by using the friendly matches results. In friendly matches players are careful not to get injury that could deprive them of participating in the main event which is why am still vouching for Germany in going far in this  Euros especially as they are the host nation they will not want to do otherwise. Apart from Germany, there are other teams am fascinated about their squad which I do expect so much from them, teams like Belgium and England, I think their respective  coaches had carefully selected those  player's making them look like a more of an attacking squad than anything I could think of now.

You are right,because it is high time we start looking at the England's coach and the way he has managed his team,the reason why despite the fact that England have a strong squad that is capable of winning  even world cup,and they fumble after the group stage is something that has to be narrowed down to the coach, because if the coach was good enough,they would atleast get to either finals of any tournament.England is blessed with  good forwards,players who are capable of winning you anything,looking at their forward where we have Kane,Saka,and Foden,now Cole Parmer has joined them to be a top winger too,what else do they want to win a tournament?

Scotland also has a very strong national team and this qualifying cycle they had an extremely confident and won 5 victories, two draws and one defeat from Spain, so I think that Scotland is the favorite of the group, and not Germany, which did not pass the selection, and got to the tournament as the host of the championship.
Before the appointment of Nagelsmann they lost 6 friendly matches, including Japan, Poland, Colombia and generally looked very bad.
