Also, please I will post all updates on Bitmarket.eu, so it's best to check if something's there. Maybe I should put a "last update" notice on the main page so you can see if something was added without login in?

good idea!

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Done.

Edit: While at it, I've also posted an update about the possible timeframe for first payouts (discussed above).

Just a short update about Bitalo,

On Friday 3.5 we have successfully signed contracts with the notary in Bad Dürkheim (Germany) and the shareholders will pay in the shareholder money into the company hopefully by the end of this week.

After that we still need to apply for the trade registry, pay our fees and only then we are fully operational. We are working hard on the new service, but we have still many issues to solve.

This founding process is independent from the reimbursements from Maciej as this is his obligation(s). But we will try our best to put him into a position that he can start reimbursements soon.

Bitalo AG (the new company) will be oficially founded (I.e. all founders visit a notary and sign all necessary paperwork) on 3rd of May. I expect that things will finally progress shortly after this, so the first payouts will be probably handled in may.

Also, I will post all updates on Bitmarket.eu, so it's best to check if something's there. Maybe I should put a "last update" notice on the main page so you can see if something was added without login in?

You said that in May came the first payments, but May has finished, and you can not see anything at all

We have been working hard on the new bitalo project.

Many contractual issues have been settled, pay-ins into the company have been completed (all 75.000 Euros) and we have applied for the trade registry.

Currently we are in the final phase on deciding on our Logo, you can also give your opinion here:
http://99designs.de/logo-design/vote-a18vc7

First reimbursements also will start quite soon, Bitalo is about to conclude the contract for the web-code still this week-end.

You will receive an update from the admin of bitmarket.eu  on the proceedings quite soon i suppose

Dear Bitmarket.eu users,

First, I'm sorry for late update. I just wanted to be 100% sure about what I am posting.
Last month, Bitalo AG company was formed, funded with independent investors money. As I explained earlier I will work as a consultant for this new company, and use the funds I receive for them as payments to reimburse Bitmarket.eu users. Today I received confirmation of first payment, which includes payment for selling Bitmarket.eu source code and technology to Bitalo AG. The amount is around 28000 EUR in Bitcoins with this first payment. From this amount, I we agreed that I will use 1400 EUR to pay my bills for 3 consecutive months, and rest (26400 EUR) will be used to repay Bitmarket.eu users.
Starting next week I will issue reimbursements, starting from users who:
- lost their funds in february 2013
- decided to receive partial reimbursement

To receive funds, please fill out the form on your account details page. Without this I can't send you any money. No funds will be stored on Bitmarket.eu servers. If you decide to change method of reimbursement or have other comments, please contact me at admin@bitmarket.eu.

A copy of this announcement was posted on Bitmarket.eu website in Updates section (available after log in).

@M4v3R:

Please check the following transactions! They are marked as "canceled" but they are NOT really canceled because I already bought the bitcoins and sent the money to the seller. So I get 37.994 BTC from you! I already sent the confirmations of payment by e-mail to you!
ID 24010
ID 24009
ID 24003
ID 24001

The sellers got my money a long time ago but I don't have the bitcoins yet because they were stolen or refunded to the seller because the transaction got canceled?!?
I hope you understand the situation.

Please confirm that you got my e-mail with the confirmations and that I get the BTC with the first batch!

If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks.

It was a tough job to set up the new company and get the contracts in place. Thanks very much. And thanks also for your patience. Reimbursements will hopefully continue and we also hope that we can provide a good service for the bitcoin community on www.bitalo.com

Right now I received the reimbursement of my Bitcoins lost in February.
@M4v3R, thanks!
I am very happy that I trusted you to manage this difficult situation!
And many thanks to the bitalo-team to give @M4v3R the possibility to make this happen!

Hopeful waiting for the new website and for the reimbursement of the other lost bitcoins.
Good luck for all of us!!!!
