Yeh it's true that Chennai super king took a very slow at such flat track where they previously scored decent but here may be the opponent bowler has some good line and length or may be so bad shot selection of Chennai batter so due to that reason they were stuck in such trouble, I think till Ravindra good form they have magnificent start with high total especially in power play but as soon as he lose his charm and got benched csk got huge trouble in opening pair but here in toady match some of thier fine power hitter got departure early so due to such pressure mounting situation they unable to Handel situation and thus scored low, may be if they scored above 200 then definitely results will different. Chennai lost by a big margin against Chennai Punjab Kings yesterday at Chennai ground. But in yesterday's match we saw the opposite side of the coin because yesterday Chennai batsmen were not able to bat properly on their own wicket and not batting comfortably at all. You may say if Punjab Kings could not bat comfortably then why they did not lose wickets basically they struggled a lot against the bowlers, even though they could not score runs against the bowlers they played defensively and kept their wickets. Punjab Kings had to bat 18 overs to score 164 runs, then by looking at these statistics you can understand how different the wicket was yesterday. Where each team is scoring 200 plus runs against each other, the two teams struggled to score 160 runs on the Chennai wicket yesterday.

But then he was against a very high quality attack, that consisted of Trent Boult, Ravichandran Ashwin, Avesh Khan, Sandeep Sharma and Yuzvendra Chahal. RR do have one of the best bowling attacks in this season of the IPL. Anyway, it looks as if the Royals are struggling. They have lost two of their best batsmen, and in case they want to win, then Riyan Parag and Yashasvi Jaiswal need to work really hard.
