We sat in front of the TV channel at home, the game was stopped due to rain, so the mood was rough. If this T20 final match was any other match then either team would have won. But it is better to reserve the final match, as thousands of spectators will enjoy the game and the tie will be the most enjoyable without rain. Gujarat is definitely likely to win today's game as the team at the top of the points table can never lose a win. I don't think new tickets will be required today, as match didn't started yesterday. In Pakistan if we have such situation then original tickets work on the reserve day also. I am sure same will be the same here. @Sithara or @JSRAW can give better opinion on that issue.

If the overs are reduced then both the teams can score a lot of runs. Because both Chennai and Gujarat have very strong batting line-ups. But the win or loss of the match will depend a lot on luck. You are right that if there is no 20 over match then the excitement of the final match will not ‍appeared. In today's final, both sides are strong, unless they get full chances, they won't be able to satisfy the minds of the audience with a victory by DSL method. But hopefully nothing like that will happen in today's match. Because it didn't rain after last night. But such a situation has never happened before in IPL where final match is played in the reserve day.
