But Gujarat bounced back and scored 214 runs to set Chennai Super Kings a target of 215 runs.  So it seems that Gujarat is now very likely to win this IPL match. CSK is under a lot of pressure now let's see how well they can play and cross this target to win the match and become champions in this IPL League. When the rain started I heard the commentators told that even if the rain goes on for 2 hours they are still be full 20 overs will be played.

The rain stop quite early but I saw that one of the pitch was too much damp, it is taking time to normalise the playing conditions.
We had an inspection at 10:45 local time and it was decided that the next inspection will be half an hour later. If there is not another hit of rain, I am sure the match will start and we will see the full 20 overs to test the Chennai super kings gain this or achieve this target or not.

Still it's alot of runs to chase for Chennai Super Kings but they can with the help of thier top order batter D.Conway which are currently in really good form, but due to rain bowler like Rashid and shami can get a lot help from pitch to put batters in big trouble during chase so it will be a really tough challenge for them also they will face huge pressure of final match too.

I think a target of 215 runs is a big challenge for Chennai Super Kings. Meeting the target of 215 runs is very difficult for Chennai Super Kings. In the final match tomorrow, the first innings was completed very well and Gujarat Titans batted brilliantly and set a target of 215 runs at the end of 20 overs. But before the start of the second innings, rain started again and a target of 171 runs was given in 15 overs in a special DLS system. However, it was impossible to complete 171 runs in 15 overs but Captain Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings made the impossible possible and won by 5 wickets. Congratulations to Chennai Super Kings for their fifth title in the 16th edition of IPL.

So Channai Super King won final and become a team with five time IPL champion. before this they won 20121,2018,2011,2010. Dhoni will be very happy for this performance. Dhoni will retire from cricket as a champion. we cannot forgot this legend in cricket history and will remember forever. Dhoni is my best player and i support Chennai because of him.

Gujarat overall performance was too good and they deserve to be champion this year but they failed to restrict experience kings which cost Gujarat to loss final. CSK openers good start was key runs and after that middle batsmen scores 175 on the board. This 2023 was a good one and lot of interesting match we seen.
