hm... nothing yet to see. It might be better when customer or later I change the pool. Well, I don't know what to tell you. Did a reboot, changed few pools, but I still don't get any shares shown. Is there new software available that fixes this?

Is there new software available that fixes this? The fractional shares bit can still cause some issues. You may want to give it time or check the pool itself. Open a ticket indicating if it's direct connect or LRP.

When provider auto-reg. open ? I hope never, it will keep the price higher for providers, also leaves the overall provider quality very high.

Never force the costumer something, they might walk away rather then just spent 1 minute rating a provider.

I'd rather have an honest voluntary feedback than someone going "oh, good, you're asking for feedback, well the rig was one KH/s under spec for the last 5 minutes, there's your two stars".

But then it would be completely unfair for rigs that still don't have a rating, since people will think they are worse. Also, ratings should be for providers, not rigs.

I agree that it's not entirely fair at this time for established providers who look like newbs lacking feedback. LeaseRig could have started everyone who has e.g. more than 100 hours without major issues with a single 5-star rating.

I know many of us have seen our miners revert to, or stay on, renters' pool(s) after a lease, but has anyone seen the opposite? I was camping over the weekend, leaving my techno-phobic wife with (very) basic instructions to mind my X11 rig. On my return I have a complaint of a rental of my rig Saturday that kept reverting to my own mining pools, yet without canceling the lease. The stats graph shows some brief outages but no extended downtime. I see I was paid hourly for 10 of the 12 hours of the lease, apparently something caused it to finally cancel 72 minutes from the end.
My wife mentioned restarting the rig once or twice, but believe me, that's all she would have done. (The rig is configured to auto-launch LRP and CGwatcher with SGminer upon restart). And if I'm reading the timestamps correctly the rental actually started late Friday night by my time, after she'd have been asleep. So I am certain no one was configuring pools from my end, deliberately or not. Needless to say I don't want any black marks on my record on future rentals over something I don't understand or can't control. Anybody have any ideas? I'm asking the renter what pool(s) they were entering in case that's a clue. Could there be a feature now that identifies incompatible pools and rejects them somehow, reverting to default?

First of all apologize profusely to the customer, issue a full refund and file a ticket with LeaseRig, if you haven't done so yet. Next you need to train your wife to check LRP and/or LeaseRig pools page. It sounds like a bug, but since the other one (mining to customers pools after cancellation) doesn't appear to be fixed either, I wouldn't hold too much hope. Try to work around it.

I'm apologizing and will do a refund, but I think it's happening again right now! The Pools tab is showing a reversion to my default mining page. But the Pools conf file reads: {"pools":[{"url":"stratum+tcp://stratum.hashhot.com:3380","user":"ozzishad.ozzishadbank7","pass":"[Deleted]"}]}
I think this is what the renter wants. Why would it be showing something different in the Pools.conf file compared to what is listed on the Leaserig.net Pools tab?
I had switched off CGwatcher in case that was an issue, and I think things were normal at the start of the rental. I was typing my prior message when I heard the fans change on my rig and checked it, discovering this recurrence.
I'll definitely file a ticket ASAP. This could be a real mess until resolved.
UPDATE 1: NOTE: I'm also manually entering the renter's pool and switching to it, we'll see if that helps.
FWIW, I'm on X11 and still see no accept/reject/stale numbers on the Pools tab.
UPDATE 2: Switched manually to the renters pool. Lasted a few moments - then it deleted the renters pool and just left my own default pool!! Just my primary default pool, not the 2nd one I have on file. Filing ticket now...

The madness continues
Now I've got two upset customers to refund, and a reputation thread that shows it.. I've disabled my miner until I get some answers. I want to warn everyone else with rigs in case it starts happening to them.
The behavior is just getting more weird - now it is switched over to my secondary default pool, but not listing my primary one in the Pools tab. No idea why it's only listing one pool at a time, and swapping between them.
UPDATE 1 My 2nd default pool is the main X11 pool at IPOMiner.com (port 3333); I tried manually entering the Darkcoin-specific port there (3361), and so far it seems to be holding. So I'm able to manually enter this one pool, but entering a customer's pool caused it to quickly delete it and revert to one of mine. Next I'll try manually entering an entirely different mining pool of my own choosing that I know works with X11 and see if that holds.
UPDATE 2 Manually entered pools of my own choosing are working. Well, except for Blackcoinpool's X11 option but their own website says they are down so that's not an issue. I was also able to manually enter and switch back to my primary default pool. This implies the problem is with the pools being entered by the renters. Does the system check that pools entered for an X11 rig are in fact X11 pools? Does the system provide warning messages to renters that their submitted pool is not being accepted? I'll post this in a ticket update, but wanted to keep everyone in the loop.
UPDATE 3 Request: Would it be possible to have a log of the mining pools entered by each renter? (Perhaps even with some data such as whether they were alive/dead during the rental and accepts/rejects on them?) That would help with troubleshooting. Probably wouldn't (and shouldn't) include their userID/PW info, of course.
