I think I haven't seen such a bad match played by Inter for at least 4 years, today they really seem absent, and Real Sociedad are playing a very respectable match, they seem to be going at double the speed of the Inter players. If they continue like this they will get a well-deserved victory, but Inter's path in this Champions League will be complicated

Yep, Inter played unexpectedly today. Real Sociedad played more offensively and they succeed to make 14 shoots (5 shoots on target), meanwhile Inter seems to have difficulty to attack because they only made 6 shoots during the match (only 1 shoot on target). I don't know what's happening with Inter, they seems to have the wrong tactic or their players are in bad motivation to play. It is very different with their performance in Serie A, they played perfectly in Serie A this season.

However, Inter is lucky that they have Lautaro Martinez because this man saved Inter from a lose. Martinez scored in minute 87' and the match ended with a draw result today.

Final result: Real Sociedad 1-1 Inter Milan.

I don't think it's a tactical problem, or at least I hope it isn't. perhaps Asllani and Arnautovic cannot replace the starters from the first minute, the pitch was also quite slippery and all the players struggled to stay balanced, but there should be no excuses, Inter did not play as they know how and Real Sociedad deserved the victory, Inter were very lucky last night

FC Bayern munich were aggressive from the start which made them fight hard till the end of the match. But Manchester United and they tried hard to equalize the match but could not succeed in any way. FC Bayern munchen lead by one goal in the last minute although both teams attacked a lot but luckily manchester united lost despite trying hard enough to succeed.
Moments before half-time, Manchester United did not see a goal but FC Bayern Munchen found two goals, but for a long time, Manchester United just resisted. A last-minute attack brought some success for the team and the match remained 4-3.

Erik Ten Hag men didn't make any impressive performance in the first half, they were relenting and having no clue towards playing the home team, they would have settle for a draw  points if not the mistake caused by Andre Onana, lead to weakening the entire squad. However they united did triggered a come-back but it was too late, with Rasmus Højlund goal and Casemiro netting a brace would have equal the game. Manchester united performance was defensive and stunning, the Red Devils were able to absorb all the pressures from Bayern Munich, it was really a tougher game to decide the winner in the second half.

I didn't expect the match to be so intense in the second half; considering the way the first half ended, I had given up hope on Manchester United. Manchester United made me believe in them again, even though their present performance is bad and they have been playing beyond their usual levels as a team. They will maintain a good position in the Premier League if they will replicate their performance in the Champions League in their next match. Teams perform differently in different competition, but if they can do the same in the Premier League, they will have a higher standing rank in the Premier League.

After being 2-0 behind in the first half, no one expected Manchester United to make a comeback in the second half. But their performance in the second half was excellent. Hojlund scored at the beginning of the second half. This is probably the first time I've seen a slightly better performance from Hojlund. But Casemiro's performance in the second half was outstanding. He has done an excellent performance. Cesemiro also scored two goals in this match as a defensive midfielder. It is true that Manchester United's overall performance has improved somewhat. But it is not enough. If they want to qualify for the Champions League knockout round, they need to play better and strengthen their defense.

Galatasaray's draw was a surprise for everyone.I think Galatasaray should have won this match.I honestly think that it will be by chance for Galatasaray to get out of the group from now on.It is a bit difficult for Bayern and Manchester United to beat Bayern and Manchester United at home, at least it would be important for them to defeat Copenhagen and start the group with 3 points.I did not expect so many goals in the Bayern Munich - Manchester match. Bayern Munich conceded a lot of unnecessary goals and ManU's goalkeeper Onana is already conceding 2-3 goals every game because he does not inspire confidence in goal.

The major problem of manchester united was on its defenders. MU defenders was killing the game. It's obvious if we can't even judge onana as the one who performed poorly against bayern caused by manchester united's defenders have been performing even worst than him.

It's a shame for manchester united conceded so many goals but i was aware how the defenders played like there's no chemistry between them.
Onana gets a lot of blame but people forgot the defenders were also making too many mistakes here.

The keeper was the major blame I refuse to put much blame on the defenders as they weren't at their best but they weren't at their worst either it was basically defensive error which the keeper couldn't make up for, the keeper even committed an error aswell which caused the team a goal which impact was lasting as they couldn't recover from and got a loss.

Manchester was not the only ones who concede that much goal, Remember Bayern Munich also conceded 3 goals is that not enough for you to see that Manchester united tried as well?? I mean it's kinda mean of you to say it was quite shameful Manchester united concede goals whereas Bayern also had a fair share of the total goal concede in the game.

It's very true the defender exhibited some level of complacency which made it felt like there was no chemistry amongst them. But the goal keeper should have been on alert enough to cover up for the defenders, the keeper is more like the second coach on the pitch so he should have observed that his defenders are defective and be able to cover up for them at some point.

At some point I do say Manchester united miss de gea, because onnana seem so unstable and irregular, he exhibit some level of unnecessary confidence which I think at some point is not needed and this has led to certain mistakes which cost the team the game, especially in this just concluded UCL game where he was not at his very best.

I understand where you are coming from, but the truth is that Manchester United do not miss David de gea; the keeper is past his best and it is understandable, buying a replacement with howlers does not negate the truth. With de gea, there will howlers in the fa cup finals, howlers in different competitions crucial stages.  

At the moment, onana is getting exposed due to a poor tactical set up and horrible midfield; the coach needs to do better

Copenhagen has more superiority even though it was always playing defensively against it. Let's say that if galatasaray is the weakest team in this group right now.

Man Utd hasn't improved yet if judging by their yesterday match against Bayern Munich was used as a reference that is absolutely untrue, Onana made some brilliant saves in that match if not Man Utd would have lost the match with more goals, though Onana after the match admitted that his error was responsible for the team defeat, even with the narrow defeat I think Bayern Munich were not in their best, however Onana hasn't made any difference since arrived from Inter Milan he was sole responsible for sending off DeGea on a free transfer because of his ability initiate a buildup from the defense yet he had never achieve a clean sheet in all matches he played for Man Utd.

I agree. Bayern Munich dominated the game yesterday and I would say United were quite lucky to have the number of goals they scored. Aside the goal scored by Casemiro with a header, I don’t think United worked nor planned out the rest of their goals.
Onana did play a huge part in making sure they didn’t concede a lot more than they did. The defense is just as important as the goalkeeper in keeping goals out.

For some reason people only seem to blame Onana's performance for Manchester United's 4-3 defeat to Bayern Munich. I will not only blame Onana who conceded 4 goals in that match, but overall Manchester United and their coach are indeed to blame.

Manchester United are never favorites against Bayern Munich, people need to realize that before judging one player or another. Ten Hag and his team were not expected to win the away game at the Allianz Arena, so the defeat was expected. The depth and appearance of the Manchester United squad is questionable, of course the quality was no better than Bayern Munich in that match.

This is never the Manchester united that I used  to know, If ETH doesn't do anything concerning the goalkeeper I see Manchester going down, in my own point of view I see the team trying to make things right in teams of defence, tactics, passion to fight but the goalkeeper let them down everytime.

You may be right about being lucky, but when we look at the squads of the two teams, we can say that Galatasaray's squad is better than Copenhagen's.At least you wouldn't expect such a bad performance from a squad with star names.Almost all the players have Champions League experience.Copenhagen could have won the match, but being down to 10 men seems to have spoiled their plans.58. Copenhagen did well in this match and a point away from home will take them out of the worst group, maybe 3rd.

The match ended in a draw. but in this match, Galatasaray was able to score both of the goals that they did after Copenhagen was shown a red card. Galatasaray was able to take advantage of one extra player on the field. The final score was 2-2.

The last minutes of the match between Galatasaray and Copenhagen were really exciting. I felt like my heart was going to burst while watching the match. Galatasaray scored two goals in the last minutes. Actually they played better in the first half. They had one shot that hit the post and they had a lot of scoring chances. But Copenhagen, with the help of luck, made better use of their chances. If Galatasaray had lost this match, they would have had a very bad start in the Champions League. In a match like this, it's good to start the group stage with 1 point.

Casemiro forgot that he is playing for United and not Real Madrid last night   as he scored 2 late goals in the manner of Real Madrid but it was still not enough to bring United at least 1 point. Also , I think there are 24 years when we have a lot of goals between Bayern and United when they face each other in UCL.

Galatasaray yesterday made me jump up from my chair and scream for them as I was really happy to see Galatasary finally having at least a decent game in UCL and obtaining 1 deserved point because frankly , Galata should have won yesterday.

Real Sociedad - Inter , a game where Sociedad should have won the game but Inter didn't gave up and continued to insist to score and eventually they got it but Sociedad played way better than Inter last night.

Just now did I take the time to look into the game Lazio vs. Atletico because I thought what is all the buzz about, but hell yeah. What an incredible header that was by the goalkeeper! Not the best striker in the world could have done better! This is so amazing and those are the goals a player will and can never forget. Now it remains to be seen whether this point will play a crucial role at the end, but for the sake of specialty I hope that this goal does count when the group stage is finished and it helps Lazio to advance to the next round. That would be amazing.

The first matches of the Champions League groups are always important. It is better to get 1 point than to lose the match because there are 4 teams in the group and every point is important to get out of the group. The event that attracted the most attention among the matches played yesterday was the goalkeeper scoring a goal in extra time. He made a really good header. It was a moment that football fans will never forget.

I hope this point they got will help them get out of the group because for this goal to have meaning, the team has to get out of the group.

Falling behind on day 1 when two teams win their games and two start out with zero points is the worst case scenario. Atletico really felt the pain with that very late goal against them and the worst is that it was scored by the goalkeeper! So this is actually a big win for Lazio as it was also crucial to avoid a loss at home whereas for Atletico this isn't 1 point won, but 2 points lost.

For the first time since 89 (if I remember correctly the news I read this morning), United lost three games in a row, conceding more than 2+ goals in each. Obviously they are playing poorly and the goalkeeper is not even close to De Gea's level yet.
As for Bayern, what irritates me is how easily they concede goals when they are leading, this lasted all of last season and so far there has been no improvement. Yesterday Bayern had a margin of safety and they should have scored more goals. A close score should not mislead anyone.

I tend to agree with opinions like this instead of just blaming Andre Onana or some other player. All the players and coaches must be responsible for their poor performance in the last few matches, but I also don't think Manchester United deserved to draw, let alone win it.

Their gameplay was poor and I wasn't at all entertained by the team's performance, but I have to realize that this team is plagued by a lot of problems that don't seem to be resolved. Ten Hag must restore his team's confidence in the next match, that's what I hope instead of speculating too much about this team.

It seems like there is no difference in quality between the two teams, but what there is is a difference in circumstances where Manchester United this season is still looking for the best strategy to be able to win every match while Bayern Munich has found it when last season faced quite a lot of obstacles and made several changes to their squad and so far this went well so that not only in the Bundesliga but in the Champions League they managed to win.
7 goals were scored by both teams and this match was quite interesting because I thought Munich would win with a large goal margin because seeing how Manchester United lost in a local competition in front of their own public would affect their mentality but apparently not even though Casemiro scored two goals in the final minutes of the match but at least showed that United was not below the quality of Munich.

It wasn't a difficult game for PSG. They won 2-0 with a clear score.

At home, PSG had a smooth start in the group of death in the Champions League when they won convincingly against Dortmund. Determined to succeed, PSG rushed to attack right at the beginning of the match, putting pressure on Dortmund's goal. Mbappé successfully took the penalty kick even though goalkeeper Kobel guessed the right direction. Next, Hakimi sealed a 2-0 victory for PSG. The final score could hardly have been 2-0 without missing at least 2 favorable situations at the end of the match. Along with that, Goncalo Ramos was also denied a goal due to offside.
This is the motivation for PSG to aim for the ambition of raising the Champions League championship.

It's a good start from PSG while its competitors must get 1 point to draw against each other. PSG has been trying to maximizing the situation. Newcstle and acmilan are draw and it looks like that PSG will not be trying so hard in passing this group.
Mbappe has been doing it so well by scoring against dortmund through penalty. The only dangerous scenario if PSG cannot win against acmilan and newcastle.
It will be a disaster for the club consider newcastle and acmilan are strongest team in this group after PSG. PSG needs to anticipate that.

After the first matches in the group stage, I assess that this group will be easy for PSG. It won't be a death panel, as rumored. Although PSG lost two strikers, Neymar and Messi, their strength is still superior to the other teams and is definitely at the top. AC Milan and Newcastle: AC Milan will be the team behind PSG.
In the next match, Milan will visit Dortmund, and Newcastle will host PSG. This will be easy for PSG.

I believed that Bayern Munich would score many goals against Manchester United and wasn't expecting that Man United would equalized with three goals against Bayern. I was really surprised by the ways which Manchester United played in the Premier League; I was doubting that they would not perform as well as this and they proved that they are not as weak as I had assumed. I have full assurance that Munich would score more goals against Manchester United than they did, and I didn't think that they would match that total with three goals against Munich. I was surprised with yesterday scores with the way Manchester United has been performing in the Premier League; I had doubting them that they wouldn't be quite as strong as they have proven to be.

The only issue Manchester United is still having, in my opinion, is from Onana. He was at fault for the first two goals scored because the ball was so simple to catch and the team needed to make a move to improve from the group stage. As a result, the fans won't be as upset with the club because Bayern Munich is not a small club, as we all know.
