PSG should be a team like Bayern Munchen, they come from the Bundesliga which we know is not very competitive, the same as PSG in Ligue 1. However, Bayern is able to become the favorite team because of its collectivity as a team, which does not feature one or two players at a time excessive. PSG should be able to learn a lot from the way Bayern becomes the favorite team in the UCL every season, and change its transfer policy which is focused on big names and star players.

If PSG can build this foundation, I think they can one day achieve the success they are targeting. Apart from that, PSG has a quality coach in the figure of Luis Enrique, PSG management must align their vision and mission with one goal if they want to make new history. On the other hand, it does take a long time for the process to be achieved, just like Man City who achieved it after a long struggle with Pep Guardiola.

Regarding Barcelona and the next games for this team, I can see there is more reward for betting on Barcelona against Napoli which means people mostly think Barcelona is going to lose it to a team like Napoli and this is not good for Xavi and players to be in this situation at all. I think Barcelona should accept they already lost everything and there is almost hope for them in the game they have against Napoli.

Napoli are also not the best when it comes to defending but their chance is much higher compared to before now at least. Osimhen will also be back as AFCON finale is tomorrow and the Champions League game is 11 days later. With Osimhen's help I expect Napoli to get a win in the first leg.   

That's a wise decision and I don't think I would bet on Barcelona if at this point they couldn't convince everyone with their performance. Undoubtedly, Barcelona and Manchester United are popular clubs but these clubs are currently not among the favorites to win the Champions League trophy. Barcelona has once won the Champions League trophy but that is now a golden past for them as Barcelona have been underperforming in the Champions League for the last few seasons. Barcelona is a very popular club but they don't seem to care about the Champions League. If Barcelona had any interest in the Champions League then of course Barcelona would have prepared to win the Champions League trophy but they did not prepare. 

Last season Inter Milan went to the final against relatively less powerful opponents but they certainly gave Manchester City a tough fight going into the final and Manchester City narrowly won that match. If luck is not on Manchester United's side this season, the chances of Manchester United reaching the finals this season are very low.

Rather than barcelon and why don't you wring intermilan or PSG? these clubs are capable enough especially for intermilan to go to the final again like previous season. Im rating bayern munich to be in the below intermilan in term of performance on the competition. I gave him PSG a lot of credit by passing the most difficult group in UCL now.

UCL tihis seaosn is predictable. it's caused by many small teams being eliminated even early. There will be many big clubs are still remaining in the further round. This is also making the situation even worst.
I think that the winner for this season will still the same and it will be the big teams from these candidates manchester city, intermilan, bayern munich, real madrid.

There is nothing to expect from Barcelona this season, their inconsistent performance means they are not taken into account in this competition. Barcelona was once a strong team, every team would be afraid when facing them. This season is all just a memory, it is easier for Barcelona to lose points in the domestic league when facing mediocre teams, especially in the UCL which is dominated by strong teams from different leagues.
Barcelona was not one of the teams ready to fight for the UCL title, they were fortunate that during the draw they were met with Napoli, whose fate was almost the same as theirs, so they still had a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Actually nothing is impossible, but realistically when looking at Barcelona's performance this season, it is very far from being able to become champions, unless they are very lucky in every match they play in the Champions League this season. They've been on a downward spiral, which is why we have deep doubts about them being the favorite to win the title.
