I also think that way. Jesus, Saka and Martinelli really underperformed that night. I mean 30 shots with 8 shots on target and none of them were goals? Is it because West Ham's defense is very solid or does Arsenal really need a finisher in this transfer market? I remember when Giroud played at Arsenal where he was a good player who was good at finding positions but had very poor finishing in front of goal.

As far as I know Arsenal are already looking for a striker seriously. Because I have seen some transfer speculations related to them for the centre-forward position. Maybe Guirassy is also a target for them as he has a release clause which can be activated in January. But there will surely be some other big teams going after him as well. Guirassy is a really great talent with the performance level he has shown so far. He can be a useful player for Arsenal as he isn't an old player either.

But in this case I wonder whether Arsenal would think of parting their ways with Nketiah or Gabriel Jesus.

I don't care the kind of form West Ham is in this is a match Arsenal should have won. They messed up by losing this match to West Ham. They were at home and they had the advantage. Is West in a better form than Arsenal?
This is just what Arsenal do, they always bottle their opportunities. They were supposed to win the league the year Leicester won it, they were supposed to win the league last season but they messed up and allowed Man City win it, now they've lost and giving either Liverpool or Manchester City a chance to win the league again.
Now Manchester City has an outstanding match, if they win that match they'll be second and top Arsenal with goals.

There have been clear signs of progress for Arsenal this season, but the 2-0 loss to West Ham raised familiar questions. Not only Man City but also Liverpool are ready to compete for the Premier League championship this season. Man City is only 3 points behind and has played 1 match less. Arsenal appeared to need more composure of a championship team. The organization of the defense had apparent problems in the first goal. More significantly, before conceding, Arsenal wasted a series of opportunities. The addition of personnel is necessary for Arsenal to avoid going into the "trail" of last season when allowing Manchester City to overturn the odds and lose the Premier League championship. Mikel Arteta needs to have urgent solutions. If there are no additions soon, going down the same path as last season is entirely possible. They need a central striker. Arsenal must win another derby with Fulham to consolidate their position.

Arsenal and aston villa got the bad results this week. It gives city a chance to be even closer to those two teams. Despite the relentless bombardment from Arsenal, Westham has managed to maintain a high level of consistency in their performances. However, they showed resilience and managed to bounce back after coming dangerously close to conceding goals against Arsenal. I was watching the match, and it was amazing westham with less than 30% ball possessions were able making three goals attempts and 2 goals to won aganist arsenal.
What's the problem here? It must be on arsenal caused by the club was missing many opportunties. It's started with saka's heading, which was very less powerful and his shoot was hitting the bar. Im feeling so bad for all of bettors who pick arsenal.

Westham is truly showing its level in this match. It was using the big wall to protect the goal keeper but it must be noted that if the goal keeper of westham has blocked so many chances by arsenal as well.
Why didn't arsenal targeting him instead of raya? In order to improve their team, Arsenal can initiate the process of kicking Ramsdale and swiftly commence efforts to recruit Westham's goal keeper. It's amazing to see how westham goal keeprs made so many brilliant save.

The week's fixtures weren't favourable for Villa and Arsenal, the two teams had to embrace a loss which was really unexpected, although for Arsenal they had the bigger share of loss as they weren't even able to net a goal adding that they were the host side but still they incurred 2goals from West Ham. The outcome affected their position on the league standings tho. Now their spot is very much threatened.

 For Villa, they played visitors to United, they were able to keep the pressure high but had to face a sad comeback which in turn led to their loss. Their spot is also threatened and these two teams have to strive to maintain their standings on the table too so as not to drop down ruining their European cup tickets too. For Arsenal they need to try as much as possible to make sure the experience they had last season in bottling the league does not repeat again.

football is not some sort of a perfectly placed activity, Teams experience good and bad times, these teams you've mentioned above have had periods they played really well and were applauded by everyone, it's quite unfortunate that they lost form slightly this past week and lost matches, but that is not enough reason to look down on them. Sometimes these players suffer from fatigue or injuries and it affects their team play for some time, when there are good players on the bench, their inefficiencies are effectively compensated. In the case of Aston villa, they over relaxed and it cost them the game, but not withstanding, learning is everyday and I believe these teams have spotted their weaknesses and will work on it to give us a better and expected performance on their next campaign.

Tottenham were really horrible against Brighton! I mean especially the first half performances. Tottenham were really desperate against Brighton then. Brighton had so many goal chances in the first half. Tottenham started to attack more in the second half maybe but still they were clueless about how to stop Brighton offense. 

Mitoma's absence didn't affect Brighton badly at all. They scored 4 goals in this game which is a new goal record against Tottenham in Brighton history.

In fact Vicario is a really good goalkeeper but he was also desperate in this game. Especially Estupinan's goal was a masterpiece. 

The fact that everyone has the potential to beat each other shows us once again how difficult and high quality the English premier league is. You absolutely had to watch 90 minutes of this match, it was a perfect match, perfect. Even though it looked like 4-2, it could have been 4-4 in the last minutes. But also Brighton could have scored more too. Vicario saved a lot of goals. Although they conceded 4 goals, I like Tottenham's goalkeeper quite a lot. As a team, Tottenham is indeed terrible sometimes. I expect surprise results from their games usually.

The premier league table is shaping up to  something we'd all remember. Liverpool on top of the table and man city winning their next 10 games and getting on top of the table. I do hope that it's not the case this time as Liverpool and Arsenal struggle really well at several matches this season. That Arsenal and Tottenham were absolute shockers but it's a good move considering Liverpool the opportunity to earn more points and increase at the gap at the top of the table.

Yesterday Brighton vs Tottenham in the Premier League Brighton team won by 4 goals in the match between two teams. The first goal was scored by J. Hinshelwood in the 11th minute. J.  Pedro scored the 2nd goal in the 23rd minute.P.  Estupiñán scored the 3rd goal at 63 minutes.J.  Pedro scored the 4th goal in 75 minutes. But on the other hand, Tottenham scored 2 goals. A.  Véliz scored the 1st goal in the 81st minute.B.  Davies scored the 2nd goal on 85 minutes.

I believe that we are going to end up with Tottenham getting worse and worse by time. I have to say that Brighton is a great team with amazing young talent, you should check their roster out, they have so many players that worth a lot and they are going to get only better and better. I feel like we are going to end up with something that means something for them, it will be important to get these type of three points for the future as well.

Tottenham on the other hand started amazing, that doesn't mean that they would stay that good and we have seen them drop a lot and they will probably keep getting worse. It wasn't really sane to think that they would lose Kane and then get better, it was about time to see their drop.

Crystal Palace have shown great interest in Nketiah in the next transfer season of January but I don't think that will be possible at the moment as Arsenal have shown interest in his forwards and I don't think they are in any way considering that. Maybe in the next transfer season.

Jesus on the other hand have tried to shown consistency over this season but he still faced many criticism over the 2-0 lost to West Ham club. However, Henry have supported the player full time.

I think Arsenal still have the squad depth to perform averagely well in the new year but still needs to work on their strike. I feel like they still need one goal machine in the forward.

I think Saliba and Gabriel are a good CB partnership but their fullbacks are mediocre. The midfield is pretty good but I don’t think they are good enough to win big titles yet.

Because Manchester City were already able to win only once in their last 5 matches in the Premier League. If they lose points here too it would be a disaster for them. I know Everton are on the rise recently but we are talking about Manchester City here. The Manchester club must be able to find a way to make a comeback!

And in the end they were able to beat Everton 3-1. This is a good result for City and they will be able to continue to improve their ranking. Aston Villa's defeat further enabled City to catch up on some of the points they were left behind. The competition in the Premier League is becoming increasingly exciting to watch. But I doubt City will be able to become champions this season because they really struggled when Haaland and De Bruyne were injured. But at least they will be able to secure a place in the top four and qualify for the Champions League.

Seeing De Bruyne and Haaland returning at the same time would make Guardiola very happy for the upcoming matches. Because when these two players are both on the pitch Manchester City are playing way different than this. This would even be the main factor to help them climb the standings to the top once again.

In the end we have just reached the halfway in the season so there is so many more matches to be played. The balance of the league can change significantly just as it has happened so far. It is up to Arsenal and Liverpool to be consistent and try their best to stay ahead of Manchester City.

Arsenal and Tottenham’s loss yesterday wasn’t expected and it’s one loss that would come haunting in nearest future. Tottenham who started the season pretty well now sits around 5th spot and could even get a slip off that position if they continue having losses to their form and that’s not really good especially with the sweet start to the season they had, there's still lots of work for Ange Postecoglou to get this team kicking again, especially adding more players to their depth.

 Arsenal who failed to lead the log after falling to Moyes plan at the Emirate, yes the loss was important more especially for the coach but it could haunt them to; now the battle for the league is pretty open for the likes of Manchester City who are defending champions and Aston Villa.This fierce competition in the league, makes the EPL a very sweet one and competitive and also helps to boost team’s performance.

I sometimes think they might be slightly overrated. Massively overrated sounds like an exaggeration to me, but slightly is enough to come to the conclusion that it is not very likely for them to be ready to win the Premier League yet. The results have been bad recently, but the results were not necessarily perfectly reflective of how the games went. But that's something that can happen to the other teams. Manchester City had a few games this season that were dominated by them and yet ended with a bad result.

Their fans would bet to differ. I've said it countless times but their fans always make it a point to try and shot me up. They think winning titles is about having a few good days. It's not everyday they'd get it easy and in those moments they'd need talents that can come from the bench and make things happen. I can't remember the number of times Klopp made a late change that got Liverpool winners — from Nunez to Jota and there's no way I'd make mentions like this without adding Divrok Origi

I agree that West Ham is in great shape as they don't lose patience. Seriously, in this game it was all about resisting and giving Arsenal a hard time to get closer to the box in a good position. Arsenal had so many chances, but hardly any of those chances were huge. That's what West Ham made sure to protect themselves from conceding quick and easy goals. Of course at the end of the day there was also some luck involved. Otherwise you can't win a game that is essentially a game with only one direction. But really if that penalty was scored, what a tough total would that have been? 0-3? Wow, but doesn't matter. West Ham is on a good run!

I don't know if any team is ever supposed to win the Premier League as you call it. Liverpool was supposed to win it a couple of times but they couldn't because there was this superior team called Manchester City. Bayern is supposed to win the Bundesliga, yes. But no team is supposed to win the Premier League as the average quality of the teams is highly different. PSG is supposed to win Ligue 1, but you are talking as if Arsenal is to the Premier League what PSG is to Ligue 1, but no, that is definitely not the case!

Yes, I really understand what you are saying, in other words, sometimes surprises come from weak clubs and big clubs will lose.
I really understand that some of these clubs have had success in the past, but I'm just here to tell you a story and remind you to be careful betting on the matches of these three clubs because it cannot be said to be consistent and it was all proven if Arsenal lost yesterday's match.
Next, Liverpool's upcoming match will be against Newcastle. I predict Liverpool will win or draw, but I will not bet on that match because I feel that I will be cursed by the Newcastle match.
Next, Aston Villa against Burnley is one that is difficult to predict but it is more comfortable if you bet on a double chance to avoid the surprise of Aston Villa or Burnley.
Manchester City will play Sheff United and without hesitation I choose Manchester City as the winner because it looks like Haaland is back and I just want Manchester City to get back to first place quickly, displacing a club that doesn't have high consistency.

Sheffield this season have not been a good side. They've had a number of defeats, even though they try to score a goal in most games they play. They just don't have the quality needed to stay on top of the league standings. In the EPL, leaving it's competitive nature aside, most times, Sheffield United can be predictable not to deliver adequately but they shouldn't be condemned fully.

 They played away to City and it was definitely expected that City would make an impact. They were the host and definitely a better side than them. City wouldn't let them have their way. Although they were able to prevent more than the scores 2 goals from being netted but their efforts wasn't just enough. Even though it was certain to be an easy win for City, Sheffield didn't get the chance to net a goal in the game and that definitely shows the class of these two teams.
