Aston Villa missed a big chance to hold a good lead over their rivals but playing out a no Goal draw to Everton today, I think this wasn't an easy match but I still expected Aston Villa to beat Everton seeing how both teams has played this season I had my money on Everton to win but this is football, now this gives Manchester city and Arsenal a bigger push to take advantage of this slip up.

I think Aston Villa major issue this period would be consistency, they have been good so far this season but they still have to make it to the finish line in the same manner.

I honestly expected Aston Villa to actually win against Everton. After all Aston Villa is really fighting to stay as much at the top as possible. Meanwhile, Everton is literally fighting to stay out of the relegation zone. So, I thought Aston Villa was going to win this match pretty easily. But of course, I was wrong. Though I have to say Aston Villa was able to dominate the match. However, they were not able to win. I also think that this might very well be the start of their inconsistency. Not unexpected for them to be really consistent. But I honestly did think that probably they will be able to bring in really good results. Which is still definitely possible. If no team can score in today's match, the match will be a draw.  There is a high probability of happening. The players of the two teams have started the performance almost equally. In today's match, I have placed a bet in support of the Aston Villa team. I don't know whether the Aston Villa team will be able to score any goals. However, the Aston Villa team is in the 3rd position in the points table.

The Everton home game against Aston Villa today in the English Premier League was a keenly contested one and contrary to to many people's predictions, the game ended in a goalless draw.  The home side Everton I think created more chances in the game but unfortunately failed to convert their chances but their most important display today was the performance of their defensive players who made sure they never conceded a goal against Aston Villa.

Aston Villa who are currently third in the league after 21 games would've drawn level on points with league leaders Liverpool had they won the game but the home side made sure they didn't all Aston Villa to take all three points from the game

Manchester City have changed their game at present and they have started to compete to occupy the top position in the Premier League. Manchester United had a great win against Newcastle United in the last match and they moved to the second position in the points table. However, this game was really exciting and the two teams fought hard, although Newcastle United took the lead in the first half. Newcastle led 2-1 before half-time and Man City came back to level the game in the 74th minute with a brilliant attack. However, later in the extra time, Manchester City started to attack more, due to which they went ahead after 90 + 1 minutes and stuck the ball in Newcastle's goal net. And in the last minute they left the field with the win even though the game was held at Newcastle's ground but unfortunately they could not win against Man City. However, as Liverpool are currently in the best position in the Premier League, I think Manchester City can compete with Liverpool in the next few matches if they perform well.

Manchester City with KDB is one unstoppable fire that’s about to hit the Epl. Well the match against Newcastle, they came back from behind to get the victory, this match is one credit of a firing squad that’s ready for the title, they're doing very great with just the arrival of KDB, now you could imagine what this team would do if Haaland returns from injury, they're going to be amazing and more interesting to watch, you could see for yourself the kind of pass KDB delivers to his attackes. This could only mean one thing, which is more goals for Haaland when the returns from injury.

 KDB getting a goal and an assist in less than 25 minutes of play is one crazy thing. Man City real pressured after getting the equalizer and they got the winner in the 91st minute. I think now we’ve got serious title contension in Liverpool and Manchester City and it’ll be quite fun to watch both teams compete.

Aston Villa again failed to get full points in this match, because in today match both teams were unable to score goals and the match ended in a 0-0 draw. Both teams share one point from today match, where perhaps Aston Villa are not too satisfied with the results they got because they again failed return for second place in the standings. Yes, this failure means Aston Villa is stuck in third place where Aston Villa has collected the same points as Manchester City. In today match, Aston Villa performed better than the hosts, but they had difficulty scoring goals in this match. Even Watkins was able to fire off 6 shots but none of them turned into goals.

If you look at the top 4, of course Aston Villa is not very safe in being in third place because Arsenal will be able to move them if Arsenal wins the match against Crystal Palace. The points difference is so close to each other that there will be changes that will occur in the top 4.
It is even possible that if Aston villa starts to lose the balance of their best performance, of course the teams below their ranking will take advantage of the opportunity to disturb them in the top 4 rankings.

I always doubt Aston Villa have the ability to sustain their current level of performance and compete at the top of the table. Their squad depth is not good enough and they dont have experience to handle pressure of fighting at the top. Manchester City is always top contender, especially with the return of key players like Kevin De Bruyne. His presence is seen as a significant factor that could strengthen City's title bid, they are not far behind the table leader.

Liverpool have been having good results while only loss one game, but I agree that their display is not sustainable, because there were games where they struggle to win against teams that were expected to win comfortably. Regarding Arsenal, It's about their mentality to handle pressure to compete at the top with the presence of Liverpool which was absent last season, where they couldn't clinch the title despite a strong campaign. It will be interesting to see how these teams navigate the challenges and compete for the title.

I really appreciate Hojlund's performance at the moment. The guy has just started to improve his game in the Premier League also finally.    He scored a goal and made an assist in the game so far which plays a big role in Manchester United's staying ahead by 2-1. But honestly I think that Tottenham have performed better generally so Manchester United had better look for increasing the goal difference. 

By the way I know Hojlund is still only 20 years old. But when we see a Haaland example in the same league too the expectations get higher quickly. 

In the end Hojlund has been transferred by Manchester United with big hopes by believing in his high talent. He should be able to be as effective as he was in the Champions League.

Don't compare him with Erling Haaland, they're no match, get him with someone else, Erling Haaland is on a total different level for Manchester City, he had a good run with Salzburg! Borrussia Dortmund included. He was outstanding and an exceptional player.

Go check the goals he's scored during then Champions League Competition, four out of the five scored all came from his hardwork, and good position or intelligence.
He could score more goals only of Manchester United player's can create more for him. Some passes yesterday weren't spot on, they just don't locate him well. In the long run, they have to make their striker a better player.

It is indeed crazy. Back in the Premier League after 5 months, he came on at 69, only his 5th time on the ball and finished very technically into the corner. He also gave the team this crucial win with a tremendous assist in the last minute. For Manchester City, the league always starts in the second half. They stumble a lot in the first half, they lose a lot of points. It makes all their rivals hopeful. Wisely, they don't tire themselves too much. I think Guardiola deliberately saved De Bruyne for the second half. Today's football is much more difficult than old football, we have to accept that. This guy does what he does in modern football. I respect Iniesta and Modriç, but I think the best midfielder in history is Kevin de Bruyne.

In the end, Aston Villa had to be replaced by Manchester City in 2nd place because Aston Villa drew with Everton, it was really boring to watch this match because no goals were scored. The match had to end in a goalless draw and both clubs had to settle for sharing 1 point, and what is certain is Manchester City and Arsenal. will not waste this opportunity where Aston Villa has not been consistent lately so Arsenal still has the opportunity to overtake Aston Villa in the match week 21 to shift its position in 3rd place so that the hot competition between the top 4 clubs is still very fierce.

Manchester City was able to beat Newcastle in the away match so they can get full points and shift Aston Villa position and we just have to watch Arsenal play against Crystal Palace and playing as the home team. The point deduction from Everton really affected them this season, if not they would've been in a better position currently. However I must applaud them cause that could've killed the morale and team spirit of some teams but they didn't relent, though they've encountered some defeats after that but they've fought very hard and got out of the relegation zone, with the way they're going I don't think they'll be relegated caused they're really work hard against it, the recent draw against an inform Aston Villa is a prove for that.

I think it looks like Aston Villa have a bit of a problem with player rotation. We know that big teams have the advantage that they have good squad depth so they will be able to perform consistently throughout the season. And I think Aston Villa is a mid-table team that has been able to perform surprisingly well at the start of the season. To be honest I was surprised by the draw because we know Everton are one of the worst teams in the EPL this season and everyone thought Aston Villa would be able to get 3 points from last night's match.

But it is still a great joy to watch a player like him. He has just recovered from his lasting injury but still he is able to perform like nothing happened right away. Exactly, he's a top player, top man but Manchester City winning the Premier League Competition again this season will be mind blowing, even if I don't want it for them, I can't stop them because that's what they want for themselves. But damn, it'll be superb boring ASF. Arsenal use to be my favorites but it's clear what they lacked.

That's going to happen only if pochettino will not repeat the same mistake again. The major problem was on the pochettino as he was always making a stupid decision. Middlesbourg will be playing at stamford bridge for the second leg. Chelsea is still having a chance as long as it will be playing fully offensive since the first minute. Chelsea was losing aggregate against a lower division team and it was a disaster for the club. Pochettino shall not need to repeat the same mistake being made in the first leg. Palmer for striker? That's the worst decision i have ever seen from him. How long pochettino was coaching chelsea? it seems like that he didn't even understand about the actual position of his players.

He made the decision to move someone who is proficient in playing as a center back to the left back position and shifted the right winger to the striker role. This is very bad for chelsea. The club needs to put the players to play on their best position and this will build their confidence.
Pochettino sucks. He never tries to understand the best position for his players. Putting colwill as a left back which is a terrible decision. It was really unacceptable thing for all of chelsea fans.

Pochettino and his wrong choices made Chelsea go down against Middlesbrough and this is purely a disaster. Chelsea is a big club and they shouldn’t be found behind Middlesbrough, it was so embarrassing to watch them lose, cause they were definitely the favorites to win that game. They better do all they can to win the 2nd leg.

 Palmer as a striker is an insane decision that cost the team because he missed so many chances that a main striker could probably have converted one or two. I think Pochettino needs to think carefully before approaching a game so that he makes right choices especially in the 2nd leg. He needs to play the players in their main position and not to try out some experiments in a semi final. He should take the 2nd leg seriously lest Middlesbrough hands another defeat to him at the bridge.

The truth is for me about Chelsea and I come out sad, I don't know how to interpret what is happening to them, I would say that they are making a joke, because nothing is going well for them, for their part I don't know if in reality Pochettino is the culprit, or all the Players, this team is not getting ahead with anything, I don't understand it, I don't know what to think, maybe the mistake is Pochettino, if they change their approach? Because it's really been two seasons since Chelsea changed everything completely and they don't get out of the abyss they are in, every day they lose more and more, so could it be that they are doing wrong? I see the strategies that are appropriate, what the coach did today, he will have his reasons, he is the one who sees his players every day, he sees their performance, he sees whoever can contribute the most, the truth is, this has been a very problematic team, everything does not go as predicted , some players who have left who were supposedly the problem, also, I think this team needs to be challenged by someone else, there are already many defeats in a row, plus the level of the PL is very demanding, if it doesn't go up now, then when will they go up?

Well yes, it may seem very boring but these two are taking care of themselves , Aston Villa has been very good, they have an enviable position for many teams in the PL, I think that this team has grown, of course the case of Everton if they need to win , Maybe they see the tie as a gain, because they didn't lose points, they added 1 which isn't bad, as long as it's the fact of adding even if it's bad but it's better than losing, so I think they still have a lot of Opportunity, regarding the performance. Aston Villa's team is not bad as far as the fans see it, maybe they don't like that they have been tarnished but they have to Focus on the fact that things can sometimes be very decisive in what they can do , it is known that they are quite good in achieving some victories , in another order of ideas , the team that Started very well is Leverkusen, they already have a victory, and they are setting the tone in every sense, what I generally say is that every time you see that this team has A victory can make the Difference compared to Bayern.

is so damn right! I am sure that 99/100 players would not have chosen to finish the attack like he did when he scored the equalizer. That goal was a Messi goal. Not just use force or speed, but smartness and precision. It was an amazing goal. And then he continues the game and gives that assist? Are you kidding me? The assist had only one square foot to land on and that's what De Bruyne did. It couldn't have been any shorter or any longer than that, but hey, no problem for De Bruyne. What a comeback. This guy is unstoppable and now all hope will be that his injury is gone once and for all for this season. Just think about this game against Newcastle and imagine he would NOT have been around. The goal wouldn't have been scored and I doubt anyone else would have given this exact assist.

I'm quite happy to see Kevin De Bruyne being back in the squad.    Maybe I don't want to see Manchester City as the champions in the Premier League once again. But it is still a great joy to watch a player like him. He has just recovered from his lasting injury but still he is able to perform like nothing happened right away. This is something special about him.

His game sense is just amazing. You must have watched the goal he scored and the assist he made against Newcastle. Both of them were really smart and lovely to watch.    He is known by this kind of amazing passes and he just continues from where he left. I think he will stay at Manchester City at least until the end of his current contract.

Without Kevin De Bruyne Manchester city would have lost or Draw the match, but De Bruyne shows his class and with no doubt he is going to be a vital key if Manchester city is going to retain the title this season. I think this season is going to be a very dramatic one till de very end, it one thing that makes the English premier league so interesting. I hope he doesn’t get injured again and can’t wait to see Halland back too.

That's going to happen only if pochettino will not repeat the same mistake again. The major problem was on the pochettino as he was always making a stupid decision. Middlesbourg will be playing at stamford bridge for the second leg. Chelsea is still having a chance as long as it will be playing fully offensive since the first minute. Chelsea was losing aggregate against a lower division team and it was a disaster for the club. Pochettino shall not need to repeat the same mistake being made in the first leg. Palmer for striker? That's the worst decision i have ever seen from him. How long pochettino was coaching chelsea? it seems like that he didn't even understand about the actual position of his players.

He made the decision to move someone who is proficient in playing as a center back to the left back position and shifted the right winger to the striker role. This is very bad for chelsea. The club needs to put the players to play on their best position and this will build their confidence.
Pochettino sucks. He never tries to understand the best position for his players. Putting colwill as a left back which is a terrible decision. It was really unacceptable thing for all of chelsea fans.

Pochettino and his wrong choices made Chelsea go down against Middlesbrough and this is purely a disaster. Chelsea is a big club and they shouldn’t be found behind Middlesbrough, it was so embarrassing to watch them lose, cause they were definitely the favorites to win that game. They better do all they can to win the 2nd leg.

So true and that has been complainted by so many people. Pochettino was the worst in game management and decision making. Im not even seeing a good aspect to defend him as a coach for chelsea. Nothing has changed since pochettino was going in.
He keeps try to make more and more problems in the club. People said that at least give pochettino at the end of season but im doubting it if he will make more and more mistakes like that. Im being so disprespectful toward him caused by he was always repeating the same mistake.

Palmer as a striker is an insane decision that cost the team because he missed so many chances that a main striker could probably have converted one or two. I think Pochettino needs to think carefully before approaching a game so that he makes right choices especially in the 2nd leg. He needs to play the players in their main position and not to try out some experiments in a semi final. He should take the 2nd leg seriously lest Middlesbrough hands another defeat to him at the bridge.

Well I won't be suprised if Aston Villa slide down the standings, they've tried in reaching the top four, however it's the 2nd segment of the season and alot of top teams would up their games and the race for the top 4 would be very tough, therefore Villa would also need to setup and not relent if truly they want to end up in top 4.

I think it looks like Aston Villa have a bit of a problem with player rotation. We know that big teams have the advantage that they have good squad depth so they will be able to perform consistently throughout the season. And I think Aston Villa is a mid-table team that has been able to perform surprisingly well at the start of the season. To be honest I was surprised by the draw because we know Everton are one of the worst teams in the EPL this season and everyone thought Aston Villa would be able to get 3 points from last night's match.

Don't overreact to this draw, I think this result is quite reasonable and fair enough for both teams, and Aston Villa is still strong and should also be taken into account to be able to enter the top 4 this season, but we also have to realize that Everton is a team who have improved much better and they are playing at home so it is quite natural that Everton managed to hold Aston Villa to a draw.
