If they were the ones to sign Ekitiké then they wouldn't cause any trouble for Liverpool now. But now it's harder to convince them unless they find a replacement.

I understand where Newcastle are coming from. They don't want to be like other clubs who sell players without replacement just because the offer is enticing but again, Isak in question is already disinterested in staying at Newcastle so it would be best for the club to quickly get a replacement before Liverpool loses interest since the club are kind of desperate and would agree to negotiate with the asking price of Newcastle.
I feel that if eventually Newcastle don't sell off Isak, he may begin to behave the way Gyokores did when his request to join Arsenal was being delayed by the club but I hope it doesn't get to that for Alexander Isak because then it would seem as if the man is ungrateful.
 With the number of players that Liverpool have signed, there are so many people waiting so keenly for the league to start so they can judge if the money splashed on the likes of Wirtz and Ekitike are worth it and I'm not going to lie and say I'm not one of those people.

And I feel like the only thing Newcastle cares about is money, and they have the resources, and that is because the owner keeps pumping money into the club, and even if they are selling a player off, they should also find a way of replacing them with another good player, but they have their way of management. And if Isak makes his choice that he wants to leave Newcastle, then Newcastle does not have anything to do but let him go, and the best thing is going to be for them to just get a better player to replace him, since they have the resources to get whatever player they want. People are sleeping on City, you may like them or hate them but they were 4 time winners up until last season. Yes they had a bad season last year, I agree, but they are going to do better I believe. Do I have any data to back that up? Of course not, but I am just guessing like everyone else.

Is an undeniably truth about Manchester City few seasons ago, actually there are times when a club that has been great and succeeding will be on the level we never imagine, this thing has not only happen in Manchester City but we also saw this in Manchester United because calculating the number of premier league they won and to see that they have not seen any higher position for years now they will not think negative that way against the City because is true that it was just the season we just left they only not do anything but better days is on the way coming for them.

What happens with City is that their lack of consistency is what demotivates many, even their own fans For me, the fact that they lost the Club World Cup was very surprising, I thought they were going to go far Some say it's because of fatigue, which is one thing or another, but for me it's just excuses. They weren't good in the Premier League and neither were they good in the Club World Cup Changes need to be made and they need to return to the level they've always had Pep must make that possible.

Why is it that Liverpool spends much in the market and they do not have correct timing. If you needed Isak badly, you would have gone for him before Ekitike. It's not resonating well that you got Ekitike and still spending much for Isak. Since Isak wants to leave, Liverpool will only raise the price a bit and Newcastle United will accept the deal. It's not every club that knows how to keep a big player against their wish. That money will do great things for Newcastle and hopefully they will get a replacement, even if it's not a perfect replacement.

I think Newcastle knows that Liverpool will be tempted to put in a higher bid after their last one got rejected. Newcastle knows how important Isak is to teams in the premier league because they already know he's familiar with the premier league and has played there for some season. It's better they bet on someone that has proven himself in the premier league than an unknown striker as they did the last time they signed someone. Newcastle is looking to make a big profit on Isak and I think they'll be able to do this because of how the media is hying the transfer rumours if Isak. Isak has indicated interest too level Newcastle so they're just waiting for the right bid to come in.

I am expecting both clubs to return stronger and better next season, they have been active in this transfer window and have made good signings to improve their team and play. They might not be good enough to contend for the league title yet but the chances of achieving either champions league qualification or Europa league qualification is quite decent.

I haven't watched Spurs closely so I can't say much about them. But so far United has been quite boring during this summer. They got only two players and nothing more, which isn't that great considering how terrible they were last season. If a team ends 15th in a season then they should be aware that most of their players are terrible and they need to improve bunch of positions and not just a few of them.

This isn't what we are seeing at the moment so we need to make sure that it looks as good as it gets. Obviously things are getting more players to change who they have, they desperately need a goalkeeper, and they should also be looking at some backs on defense, if they can get a good right back and left back, that would help the team a lot.

Concerning Isak growing interest to join Liverpool, no player would see an offer to join a bigger team that will reject it, every player's dream is to have themselves play for the best clubs in the world and which Liverpool is among one of them. On the clubs side Newcastle united don't want a situation where they will sell their key player without having a suitable or better replacement for the outgoing player, However they should understand that players will always want to leave at some point and should make plans available on time before before their exit by buying alternative player in advance.

I feel like they just don't want to sell Isak cause if they wanted to, they would have been in the market for a striker. You're right, the thought of joining a much better club than your own sounds appealing and this is Liverpool we're talking about so it's normal for Newcastle to shuffle their feet because asides from them not having his replacement, maybe they are scared of how stellar his performance at Anfield would be and he might also punish them when the both sides meet. The reality of this saga is that Alexander Isak is going to end up at Liverpool, why do I say that, Now you will understand that the Newcastle fans are already calling Isak a rat, and when a player decides to leave the club which is his wish right now, I think it would be hard to reintegrate him back to the squad because the player see this as an opportunity for him to leave and go for something bigger he wants to win the premier league and also the champions league, he doesn’t want to just play in this competition he wants to win them, considering his age right now, he wants to achieve something big for himself and he feels Liverpool is the right place for him.

Liverpool will come back with a bigger bid, should Newcastle gets a top striker then they will have to decide whether to let the player go, because you can’t obviously keep an unhappy player in the squad, that would definitely cause uncertainty in the dressing room.

Yeah Liverpool is top contender back to back Champion next season. However, you statement gave me the impression that all of their transfers are guaranteed to be successful. Meanwhile, seeing how Ekitike performed in the pre-season, it questioned me about how can he compete with such performance.

I had doubts about the chances of Liverpool winning the Premier league competition last season but I'm not doing that this season. Arne I see is tearing down Jurgen Klopps sqaud and tearing to build his, but can they thrive? It's two weeks prior to the start of a new season already let's see what plans they have but they won't get it with all that margin they had last season. I'm not rooting for them, they'll face a tougher pressure and premier league battles this season.

Perhaps Liverpool had a change of manager last season and Jurgen Klopp left the club after a long spell at Liverpool and another manager was appointed in his place, so naturally I thought that there might be some bad effects among the players but the players showed professionalism quite well. Liverpool's journey to winning the Premier League title has been a little easier for Manchester City because Manchester City did not perform well at all last season. If Manchester City could have maintained the same performance as Manchester City in the previous seasons, then it would have been very difficult for Liverpool to win the Premier League title last season. They splashed 300m, but only sells few as per the picture above. however, they're still in incredibly strong position for not to breach PSR rules. Why? It's because they have very very small expenditures since a few years ago, and rarely bought expensive players.

It gives them a lot of room to keep sign more players until they reach their limit, and not to breach their 105m loss to comply with PSR rules. Don't be surprised if they will spend until it close to the 500m.

It's ironic they are still holding him even after such a wonderful offer that can sort out a good replacement  and getting an additional star.

We know money is not really their issue here but holding a player against his wish might make other talents try to avoid them not putting in similar position when they want to leave for a bigger club. They can try to sign a replacement and more now and then possibly let him go on good terms before they put a scar on their relationship with him.

Yes it's their stubborn attitude because they kept him even after receiving a great offer but at present we can see that Man U is exploring the possibility of signing him. It is true that Newcastle did not agree to Liverpool Football Club's offer, so perhaps they will not be concerned about rejecting Man United's offer later but according to transfer rumors, it is clear that this player is adamant about moving to Liverpool. I don't know if I'd call Bournemouth a very, very weak club. Let's say Man UTD were lucky to get those number of goals simply because their opponents didn't take the game seriously. I saw how the opposition struggled to come back, even had a goal ruled out for offside before they got their consolation goal late into the end of the game.
 You are right that Man UTD didn't do much but then you'd have to give them credit to have been able to hold on to their win and continue being solid in their defense unlike the way we know them for. The question is, can Man UTD replicate this performance when it matters the most? And as for Bournemouth, we know that part of what is keeping them the way they are is that they are yet to make any new signings after the ones they sold off.

Manchester United are trying to rebuild their squad. But they are trying too slowly. And because of that, the chances of them doing something great and making a great comeback next season are very low. It will take Manchester United several more years to build a squad that is capable of fighting for the title. The chances of Manchester United finishing in the top 4 next season are very low. If Manchester United can finish in the top 4 next season with this squad, I would consider it a miracle.
