The three premier league games that played today ended in draw. Bournemouth - Newcastle ended 0:0, Sunderland - Aston Villa ended 1:1 and Arsenal - Manchester City ended 1:1 which was the most interesting match of the week. Arsenal battled to a draw with Manchester City. The match was intensifying indeed and Arsenal almost lost but Martinelli rescued them from a home defeat when he scored in stoppage time. I recognize Manchester City's Erling Haaland because dude is really maintaining consistency in goal scoring as he has now scored 6 goals after 5 games, bravo to him.

Of all the clubs, when it comes to top clubs, it's pretty commonplace. But when it comes to Sunderland, frankly, this newly promoted club to the Premier League is quite impressive. They've only lost once, and the rest of the time, they haven't even lost a home match.

And what's even more interesting is that this time, Sunderland managed to hold Aston Villa to a draw, even with only 10 men. Mandava received a red card in the 33rd minute, but they still managed to hold Aston Villa to a draw. Aston Villa have been truly awful this season.

Yes, among the three promoted teams i think that Sunderland will remain in the premier league because it took them a long time to return back so they will literally try their best so that they don't go back to relegation. When they won their first game against Westham it was then i started believing in them but i will test their strength more when they start meeting big teams. They are ahead of teams like Manchester City and Manchester United in the league table which is really commendable so if they can be able to play some of these big teams and win or draw, they might find themselves in any of the European positions. Their match against Aston Villa was full of determination because not many teams can get a red card in the first half and could still maintain and played a draw.

That's 5 out of 5 for Liverpool. They're not slowing down and are already 5 points ahead of the 2nd Arsenal. All of their wins (except the first game against Bournemouth) were minimal, with 1 1-goal advantage, so it's not necessarily that they are a class above the rest; maybe they had some luck on their side.

In the biggest game of yesterday, Arsenal and Man City split points. I guess the tactic of parking the bus and allowing Arsenal to take control of the game backfired in the last minutes on Pep Guardiola.
None of the teams should be ashamed of the result, but we can see that the City are lacking the confidence they had in the past, when they would dominate the league. Unless there's some strong, mental shift, I don't think they will be able to threaten Liverpool in the championship race. Right now they are 7th in the table, largely due to the 2 losses they suffered at the beginning.

I agree with you on both paragraphs, first I don’t fancy this new way of Liverpool leaving their games till the end before finishing it off because it will definitely one day back fire and they won’t be able to actually do a comeback. All their games they seems to have struggle most especially Moh Salah just that he usually comes off scoring goals even after a poor game but he needs to step up and the entire Liverpool team, the five points early gap in a premier league is a huge difference because it can take one all the way to the league,

Manchester City might have improved a bit from last season but let’s be realistic this team is very far away from the Manchester city that won the league four times in row because in all of their five matches they haven’t been too convincing just like the game against Arsenal Pep scored a goal went on to actually defending with five center backs, seriously that’s the worst thing I have seen Pep does, more so it was recorded that they had 33% possession all game while this is ok for some clubs in crisis it is not for Pep Guardiola and shows that they are seriously weak in mentality at the moment

I couldn't help laughing at Haaland's comment on Arsenal's celebration.    He said that he thought they were losing for once after seeing the way Martinelli celebrate the goal. 1-1 isn't a good result for especially Arsenal at Emirates of course.

What I have noticed about Arterta is that he just doesn't want to lose. If it means getting a draw, then fine, but he shouldn't lose. This mindset is good, but it will limit the way you attack, and that is the problem Arsenal are facing, in my opinion. They don't come out and play; they're too cautious of conceding. When you play like that, you don't concede much, but the disadvantage is that you don't score much either.
Where this becomes a problem is if the opponent scores. When the opponent scores, Arsenal will now need to score too, but with limited firepower in attack, it may not be very effective.

Arteta needs to find a way to make sure his team attacks very well. They don't attack enough in my opinion, they're too pragmatic and that cost them against Liverpool and had them celebrating a draw against City. You cant win the league with that kind of mindset.

Amorim is a good coach but what he is doing at Manchester United is totally not understandable. Because the management added the world class players and in fact the expensive player to the team to have the best performance of the team. But the results are still disappointing.

He is a good coach no doubt but, when the team is faulty, it makes you look really bad. In the last days of Klopp at Liverpool, the team wasn’t doing greatly if you can recall, the team where somewhere between struggling, players not in accord with Klopp and it all looked as though, the glory days of Liverpool was fading away and then, Slot did appear, even with the same squad, he was able to create his first team and the rest was a premier league trophy.

Manchester United haven’t found the coach that would put the players to good use, else this team has still got quality on the pitch.

Of all the three teams that were promoted to the English Premier League this season, I initially thought Sunderland was going to be the one that's mostly unlikely to survive relegation but to my surprise, they've been the best performing team among them in the league. Tge club manager Régis Le Bris us doing exceptionally well with his tactical approach. I don't know how long they'll continue to be this impressive but I just hope they'll finish this season in the top 8

With the way this other teams that was promoted are playing they might not be relegated, because they are playing a very good football, Leeds, Burnley, Sunderland, they are playing a very good football, and if they continue playing this way they will survive from the Premier League, But I must say that Wolves are doing very poorly, and if they continue playing this way they might get relegated from the Premier League, Aston Villa is another team that isn’t doing very well, they have been very poor and aren’t playing like they did two seasons ago, and if they don’t get back in form they might see themselves get relegated.

I’ve been very impressed with Sunderland performance since the season started, but I must say the season is still very much fresh, so many things have happened, and the team have been very good so far with their performances, and they had a very good summer transfer window.

I had high hopes for Chelsea at the beginning of the season, but it looks like it's going to be that kind of team that is going to be very unpredictable throughout the season (win matches they are not expected to win, lose matches they are expected to win)
Tonight against United was the type of Match Chelsea would win given the issues Manchester United is going through but guess what… They got an early red card and that was it.

It is very disappointing to see such performance and result from them, but I think every mistake made in that match will be corrected in their coming matches and they won’t make such mistake again. Even after getting that red card, they still did their best and tried to equalized the match, so in essence I will say that they did brilliantly well and can do better in their coming games. Chelsea did well towards the end of the last season, so I see them already going to do better in this season, they don’t look like a poor team that can’t compete with top teams in the premier league, they will most definitely go for the trophy and win it if they remain the top of their game this season without too many blunders.

After the long waited Ballon D’or ceremony yesterday 3 premier league players came out in the top 10 ranked players of the year. Mohammed Salah, cole Palmer and new Manchester city goal keeper Donnarumma well all in the Top 10. Honestly I have been impressed with cole Palmer making the top 10 list, he was without champions league football last season and still manage to make the top 10 list, the last player that made that list without a champions league football was Neymar.

Mohammed salah continues to be in the top 10 as always, he has been consistent and that why he is in that list. I really hope a premier league player will win it next, we know the premier league is very though and to dominate the league and the champions league in the same season is always hard.

We are watching many matches which are ended with draw result because these are tough matches between two strong teams and audience are enjoying the matches and one of these match was between Arsenal football team and Manchester City football team. That match was one sided two sided match because both teams did excellent in this match and we enjoyed this match very much. Haaland was a person who did goal at 9 minutes and that goal was at the start of match and after that we saw no goal in the first half of the match and we saw goal at the end of the match and Martinelli did last goal of the match.The shots of Manchester City football team were more in this match and these were only 5 and 3 shots were on target possession percentage was also very low in this match and that was 33 percent in this match.

Cole Palmer has been his team's best player and his led them to the Conference League trophy and as well as the just concluded Club World Cup trophy and in that process was the best player of the tournament, I believe that's what added to his increased number of points in the voting. Me too, one of these seasons, I just hope Salah will have an incredible season where he will outperform all other players and at the same time, lead Liverpool to the league and Champions League trophy, that will really go a long way in cementing and giving him a nice shot at the award.

One? They lost to United, a team that has sucked all season long and even last year, and they have lost to Bayern, which is understandable, and they have a tied game against Brentford as well, not even mentioning the tie with Palace.

When you think of all of these, you may realize that they are not doing great at all. They are sixth right now, and won only 2 games out of six games and that should be the most obvious reason why they are not doing that well. It's clear we are going to be champions. And if they do not get themselves better, they may even fail to be in top four this season. Manchester City's unstoppable days are over. Arsenal could have dropped three points in this match despite playing well, but a point later on saved the day for Arsenal.If there had been a little more time in the match, Arsenal would have easily scored.

I think it’s too early to say which team is the best in the Premier League. The competition needs to move more than this before we can say which can know that. Chelsea should work harder to make things go well for them because, from all indications, the Premier League competition will be competitive this season.

You aren't the only one who feels this way; i also feel the same thing. Even after Sunderland defeated Westham United, i didn't believe Sunderland would do well this season because i believed they were lucky to defeat Westham United, who are struggling to find their form back, but after Sunderland collected 8 points from 5 premier league matches, i think they are determined to remain in the premier league this season. Finishing in the top 8 will be a big task for Sunderland since they don't have good players to accomplish that; they should focus on winning their matches for now so that they can avoid relegation.
