Little Mouse's first reaction was probably caused by those brand new and newbie accounts that have been starting scam accusations against Shuffle. They're getting a little obvious that it's probably just one person starting them to get more attention about his/her complaint.

He/she will merely need to wait, and hope that his/her issue will be resolved quickly.

What we can hope with $1000 wagered in a month? It is just small amount of money, some people can wager such amount with like $10 only by doing flat betting with low risk bets.

Yeah we all agree that is a low amount but basically the bonus is set based on the VIP level well, actually for the Bronze level not eligibility for bonuses but maybe because the wager reached $1000 so he got a little bonus. In addition we must remember that the Pre-Monthly bonus is another bonus or called extra bonus which is actually without calculation or a fixed bonus so there is no way to complain. The real bonus will out tomorrow well here the bonus will be distributed based on the VIP level and calculation this means wagering will have an impact on the amount.

You are not allowed to claim commissions, but you forgot to a reason they gave. So how should we derive anything from this picture?

I believe that Shuffle's approach for their small bonuses are mere cash-backs to give their players for what they're already willing to do rather than encourage people to increase their playing time in the casino. Shuffle a
ready knows the bolded quote, and there's probably a reason why they made the bonus small. But if you want to play in Shuffle, then it should be because you wanted to player there in the first place, NOT because you wanted a bonus, although there might be those times that Shuffle might have those sort of bonuses that encourage players to increase playing time.

It also shows that he has over $1200 claimed in commissions, BUT there might be a problem with his account because the screenshot currently shows that it's not allowed to claim commissions anymore.

Plus he/she said "winnings" are not being paid - that's wrong. It's commissions that are not being paid. He should make a new topic in scam accusations and explain the real issue with his/her account.

Maybe he considers the commission he got from the affiliate program as winning, but this is not the main case as the main case is about "not being paid".
Unfortunately I can see the image, but if it is about the case that he is no longer allowed to claim the commission only without any other information, we cant speculate too much on what is happening here.
Possible questions for this case is: Is he being banned from the affiliate program because he did something against the terms, that's why he cant claim the commission? Instead, the total prize pot is distributed according to a predetermined structure, which allocates a specific percentage of the pot to each prize tier.
