It works a mysterious contest where we do not know how much point we need to collect to be on the top 50 players.
There is always pros and cons when there is no leadeboard, one of the pros is that it makes players try to gain point by playing and hit the min multiplier as much as they can while the cons is as what I said in the first sentence above.
Coming up to the possibility for them to have multiplier contest in this forum, I think the chance is low because as far as I can see is that the interest is also low so it can be said that this kind of contest is no longer effective as it was few years ago.

I wanted to ask for the proof at first, but since this is not the first time I have come across such issues of fraud accusations without any prove I decided to give the ops generally accepted advice and suggestions in the above comment, and for sure we may likely not see any prove from that member If there could be any, he should have shared it from the first comment and not waiting until forum members begin to ask for prove before he provides them, many of this guy's making accusations against big platforms are sponsored haters who just want to build a bad image around the casino so we have to be guided all the time to avoid being victim of falsehoods.

Same here, I did not get the reload bonus as what received by Mahdirakib, perhaps it is a random bonus or a bonus with specific requirement (such as wagering/deposit in the past specific period of time).
Good for you @Mahdirakib as the support gave you the missing amount as you were late to notice the bonus and I think it will be nice if Shuffle can send notification email for players for such case so players wont miss to claim it.

Are you inactive in the last few weeks? so we can assume that it is their way to bring you to be active again, similar to the promotion offered by other casino. By the way I also got the same bonus as you $3 and lost everything, I hunt for high multiplier in inhouse games yeah I hit the x500 multiplier on Keno game but with a low amount.
