Looking at his post history, all of them is complaint or allegation against casino, shuffle is the 3rd casino he tries to complain.
Surprisingly all his allegations come without any proof, just words by words and there was no single further confirmation from his older allegation against other casinos.
Perhaps he will not come back here as what he did in other thread and maybe he will come to other casino's thread for similar accusation.
Checked his shuffle's account with the username he wrote above, he can be said as new player since he joined last month and currently at Bronze 3.
If what he says is real and Shuffle ask him to wait, there is nothing he can do except wait for it, if he did not do something wrong then he will get his money soon.

Sorry but I believe his post and complaint is clear enough, you rather is the one who possibly did not understand properly.

Based on how I read and understand the users post, he is not formally accusing shuffle of any thing yet, he only brought his issue wit the casino here for the reps to help look into it and help process his withdrawal.
He isn't accusing the casino of scamming him or stealing his money, so there is really no need for him to begin sharing evidence to backup his claim.

We can only request that he share evidence of his claim when he comes forward to formally accuse the casino of stealing his money by either banning his account and by other means.

Well, that's a reasonable reason and at least we don't wonder anymore. Are you inactive in the last few weeks? so we can assume that it is their way to bring you to be active again, similar to the promotion offered by other casino.

I haven't made deposits on Shuffle for a long while. My last deposit was two months ago. My PnL statistic is also negative there. So, my inactivity could be the reason for the exclusive bonus.

weekly bonus is also very low less than $ 0.1 this means that Shuffle really does not apply the basic bonus to the VIP level it's pure based on house edge.

Only one or two casinos have the base reward system for the weekly and monthly bonuses. Otherwise, all casino bonus system is same as Shuffle. You have to keep wagering to get the bonus always.

So ,for now i don't accuse them of nothing , maybe it's normal to don't pay in 1-2 days , what it's strange for me : i play to them from some time , deposits fast withdraws (almost instant) but in one day , they put withdraw in pending review , and told me to verify my account and after they will process withdraw, all perfect i did it all 3 steps are full complete verified, and after they come and say,  manually review etc and no exact time for them to pay me! sure i will share screenshots  , but also in live and email they are only but only automatic answers ....they don't care to put a real person to answer on live chat or emails ! to answer you about: Multi-accounting, VPN usage, Arbing etc , NO i dont use VPN , first account here and single one , arbing ( i dont know what its this ) i play casino a lot also sports betting mostly live , goals etc ! and also the withdraw it's not big amount of money , around  5-600$ also my money involved there , my deposit etc .... You are free to complain but it should be clear, as mentioned before, it would be better if you can provide solid evidence to support your complaint. Simple as that...
You are complaining about delayed withdrawal here, so simple proof is by showing your withdrawal history (attach a screenshot).
As additional proof, you can add the screenshot of the conversation between you and the support.
It is not about lying or not, but it is about the reality of your complaint because words only cant be proven.

Most of the time, they try to register on different site to avoided betting limits. But doesn't realized, If the casino using the same provider his activity are being recorded by the provider and getting blocked on each casino he was play using the provider. Sportbets, problem is always:
- Multi account, to avoiding betting limit size
- Bonus abused
- Arbigtrage activity
- Betting on unknown match or league

Once, you talk problem to these user before seeing his last post. I will guess, is sportbets problem and yes correct. even my self are to lazzy for responding these kind of case.

Actually your situation is almost the same as mine no deposit and negative PnL it's just that I'm active almost every day when claiming daily SHFL, yeah maybe this is one of the factors why I didn't get the offer. Once my SHFL fully claimed, I will probably be less active here because I don't have any other targets to pursue including VIP level, unless there is something interesting like a promo or something else.

Yeah I understand about this, and actually this so called VIP level is not so important here I mean there is no striking difference between one VIP and another VIP all purely based on wager maybe the only difference is in the percentage 5%-10% for each VIP level. Sometimes  I think they change their narrative now and say something they are paid if they notice that no people believes on their claims. But hopefully we are wrong and those person coming here saying that are legitimate.

That would probably be illegal for Shuffle because would need a crypto exchange license for that. If Shuffle was a small casino that doesn't have any goals to be one of the top three of cryptocurrency casinos, then they would probably ignore the rules and have an actual token converter.
