I feel like this challenge will be complete soon. Only 61 more days and I’ll have been doing this for an entire year. Hard to believe for me still. That’s so many push-ups. Really goes to show if you are consistent and do a little something each day it really ads up over time.

I’m not sure what would distinguish it as a chicken vs a turkey. The size seems like that would have been one hell of a giant chicken, or a small turkey. I would still say it is a turkey but I don’t know if there’s some sort of identifier between the two once they’re cooked and on the plate. I’d have to give it a taste.
It seem to be AI generated but looking from the wing angle it looks like a chicken , I've never seem a small full decapitated  turkey before but could be the one (turkey)though..

It sounds like you’re on a great track. Thanks for sharing. I could learn a thing or two from that approach. I’ve gone full retard on this challenge lately. Taking protein powder and eating as much meat as I can and doing whatever exercises I can until I hurt myself. Ben Stiller would be proud of my efforts.

Yep.  It is funny how once that any of us develop a habit, we can increase our abilities to to carry out the habit and to give it a higher and higher priority in our activities.

Where are you at on your level of steps?  Are you still at the third step? 

Personally I would recommend to work on just one goal at a time, even though surely you can do as much as you want, yet if you have the historical hernia issue, then you probably want to be doubly or triply assured that you are not overly straining yourself, so if you are trying to get to a point that your pushups average 100 per day, then it is likely better to keep those pushups at an easier level and then perhaps once you reach that quantity goal then maybe you can decrease your quantity and increase the difficulty (if you are still interested in increasing your difficulty, too). 

In the meantime, your muscles will continue to build. 

Every once in a while I realize that I am stronger than previously, even though sometimes the progress can seem like it is advancing slowly.  Yesterday, I had realized that it had been getting close to 3 weeks since I had last done a long day, so I decided to do another long day (which is today).. which largely means that I am in the process of striving to do more than 10 pushup sets today.. when my regular pushup sets per day has mostly been 5 pushup sets per day, since mid-July.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Taking protein and eating much meat, wow! I read some of the posts and see that there are participants in the 100k push ups that have taken it to another whole new level. From just keeping fit to muscle building. I am believing that there are going to be a number of members that won't stop there even after bitcoin reaches $100k because it has become a daily routine as a part of their lifestyle to staying in good shape mentally and physically.

Every once in a while I realize that I am stronger than previously, even though sometimes the progress can seem like it is advancing slowly.  Yesterday, I had realized that it had been getting close to 3 weeks since I had last done a long day, so I decided to do another long day (which is today).. which largely means that I am in the process of striving to do more than 10 pushup sets today.. when my regular pushup sets per day has mostly been 5 pushup sets per day, since mid-July.

I mix steps 4 sets of 30 steps.

20 on 3
 5 on 2
5 on 1

I done 30 on 2 but I can tell if I did that 4 times day I would rip something.

I have done 13 on 1 and 17 on 3 I Wass quite impressed I can do 13 on step 1.

I actually think if I slowly increase that I could certainly do a consistent 120 on step 1. via 4 sets of 30.

Start with the first step which is harder. finished out with the 3rd step which is easier.

I can do that for every set of 30. ( which is what I will try to do by mid dec).

The bitch is dealing with my bro in law

3 trips to his house coming up. 

They really make it hard to do the pushups as the drive is 2 hours each way.
Plus drive him and my wife to the doctor.

Doing 120 pushups a day means I need to do about 70 days at 120 to reach an average of a hundred a day.

I may do more than 120 as I want to get to the  100 average a bit quicker than early Feb.
Yep.  It is funny how once that any of us develop a habit, we can increase our abilities to to carry out the habit and to give it a higher and higher priority in our activities.

Where are you at on your level of steps?  Are you still at the third step?  

Personally I would recommend to work on just one goal at a time, even though surely you can do as much as you want, yet if you have the historical hernia issue, then you probably want to be doubly or triply assured that you are not overly straining yourself, so if you are trying to get to a point that your pushups average 100 per day, then it is likely better to keep those pushups at an easier level and then perhaps once you reach that quantity goal then maybe you can decrease your quantity and increase the difficulty (if you are still interested in increasing your difficulty, too).  

In the meantime, your muscles will continue to build.

I guess if you are paying attention to how you are feeling, then you could potentially make progress in both strength and quantity, yet I personally would prioritize the quantity rather than the strength, but yeah, we each make our choices in life in terms of balance and which goals we might want o achieve.

Regarding having a lot of activity in the day, I know the feeling.  When I have a lot scheduled in a day, then frequently I will try to cram my pushups into shorter timelines, so instead of waiting 1.5-2 hours between sets I might space them out by 35 minutes.. or maybe an hour?  Largely I still have to inform myself regarding how hard to push myself based on how I had felt in the previous set.

Sometimes I will push myself to do the pushups fast and short intervals between sets and other times I might go slower, and sometimes I will surprise myself, even if I might force myself to do pushups faster or slower or to shorten the increments between sets, and sometimes focusing on doing several sets can make for a lot of pushups in that day, but then the extra soreness might not start to be felt until the next day or even 2 days later.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I did one of those long days this weekend.  I didn't wake up early like I planned, but I did do rounds of 100(10 sets of 10 on the minute) at 8,10, noon, 2, then at 4 I decided to switch to 50 pushups every hour.  Then at 5 I wondered why I was doing this.  A bit ashamed now.  But hey, 45 sets of 10 on my first long day.  Not too shabby.  Smiley
