I will participate with this challenge. I will succeed in 100 push ups before Bitcoin reaches $100k. My challenge will start from today (20/03/2024).

I am 27 years old and surely I can win with this challenge.  I am already used to push ups. I can do like 50 pushups a day now.  If I can go with the challenge then surely I will win this challenge and succeed in 100 push ups before Bitcoin goes to $100k.

I am very careful about my health consciousness due to which I walk for minimum 45 to 50 minutes in the morning every day. I do push ups and bought some gym equipment and do gym with that equipment for 30 minutes every day. I am fairly healthy, I am not infected with any disease. If a person walks for 30 to 40 minutes every morning for his good health, he will surely be very healthy.

I participated in this challenge on 20/03/2024 but I had to do some work to earn some extra income for the family due to which I could not be active with this challenge for long. After hundreds of engagements, I want to take this challenge again. As mentioned earlier, I am not physically weak, my body structure is quite good. I used to go to a gym near my house for a long time and used to work out there and I also have some gym equipment at home with which I can easily do 100+ pushups a day if I try. So I will try to succeed in my challenge before Bitcoin reaches 100k. I will continue my challenge regularly from today.

Welcome back and I hope that you will be able to continue doing pushups into the future.

Regarding your report:  I am not sure if DirtyKeyboard's script is going to be able to read that report since you had two commas after the 100k, and also you did not have any comma after your user name.  If you fix those two mistakes, then the script should be able to read your report and also to put your results into the pushups table.

Edit:  I was 3 minutes and 10 seconds late, since it looks like Dirty Keyboard already said it to you.

1. How many calories do push-ups reduce?

How many calories do push-ups burn, according to studies, the number of calories that push-ups burn is different for each person. According to studies, an average of one minute of doing push-ups can burn at least 7 calories. And the burning of calories in each person depends on the following factors:
Height and weight: The taller and heavier the person, the more calories burned. Gender: With the same intensity, but when doing push-ups, men's bodies will burn more calories than women's, because men's bodies usually have less fat but more muscle. Age: Older age slows down calorie burning during exercise due to increased body fat and decreased muscle mass. Intensity: How many calories do push-ups burn depends on the intensity of the exercise, the number of times performed in a certain time. To burn more calories when doing push-ups, you need to do this move as quickly and accurately as possible.

2. Do push-ups lose weight, lose fat?

Exercise is definitely a great way to lose weight by burning calories and building muscle. However, just push-ups, even daily push-ups, are not enough to burn enough calories to lose weight. Push-ups also don't stimulate muscle gain as much as fat loss. So how many calories do push-ups burn to lose weight?
According to the American College of Sports Medicine, to lose weight the body needs cardiovascular exercise with an average intensity of 250 minutes per week on average. However, this intensity is unlikely to be achieved with weekly push-ups and, if possible, overtraining can be painful.

To me I don't care about what goes out or comes in, as long as I'm fit no problem but I don't want to be fat, I hate that. Staying fit and having the best body shape is what I'm after when doing push ups and other form of exercises and don't get me wrong about being fat, not that I hate fat people but I don't want to be in that form, being lite is best to do things like run jump and all that, the most important is keeping the heart pumping. There are some people that no matter how they try to lose weight it still doesn't work as they expected but they can do what a slim person can't do, all I have to say is always take this challenge seriously.

Generally, exercise aids in building and maintaining fitness 
and undoubtedly sustaining an overall healthy condition, the importance of exercise to our body generally are numerous to mention even though alot of people chooses to ignore it or ignorantly do not know the benefits of it, at the cause of this pushups challenge, for me staying a day without doing pushups always seems like am mixing something and the day isn't complete for me, I maximize every little opportunity I have to do even fewer pushups as possible as I can in a set, it has become a hobby now such that 100 pushups a day is at my minimum in different sets and sessions. I really encourage as many that are keeping up with the pushups exercise and keeping up with the thread as well, surely Bitcoin hitting 100k will be achieved in due time.
