Today is my second day I woke up and completed pushups. I am sincerely sorry that I may be a little late in posting. And the reason for the delay was that I woke up and did pushups and then after that I went far away from my house for one of my work and I was very late to come from there due to which I could not post on time.

The main thing is that you did your daily push up, where you think your did wrong by not meeting up some persons haven't done any, on like me that couldn't do it regularly like everyday push up do have some negative effect on me but that's not the case, I believe before the end of this week I'll be back and I'll try to display my report you guys always do, is not easy I must say. Having something doing that made you post late can be corrected when next you have less things to do after daily push up, no need to beat yourself big man, keep it up.

I would advise you to get a log book and record it if you know that you can not meet up in submitting your push ups report everyday. because as long as this push ups challenge is concerned if am not mistaking almost everybody that are in this push ups challenge normally have their own record of push ups at home.

I don't think that there's any need to be sorry that you posted your report late on this energetic thread, the important thing is that you're participating in the pushup challenge. I personally post my report after 10 days of pushups but you don't have to wait for that long to post your report, it's just for you to know that there's no pressure on any perticipants to post everyday. The pushups are for your own benefits, when your body masters it you'll be feeling stronger and more energetic. You should check your report format, there shouldn't be space in between.

Ouch 🤕  that literally hit differently, I'm still doing my daily pushups but to be frank being long I hit 100 pushup a day   being so busy that i don't have time to complete my daily routine (pushups) so I just stop dropping records of my pushups.

But I will keep cheering for those who are genuinely hitting their pushup daily and same dropping their daily record, to be frank it ain't an easy task , but not doing it alone and striving with others made it more fun .

And DirtyKeyboard you are doing a great job as usual in the daily report.

I hate to discourage participation (yet maybe I do want to discourage what seems to be quite strange push up report submissions?), yet it seems that pretty whimpy performance libert19.. and what is the deal?

It is going to be hard to increase your pushups if you are ONLY averaging less than 20 pushups per day and what are you doing?  full pushups or modified pushups?  

How many sets of pushups are you doing each day?  

Are you able to do 3 sets of 7 pushups per day?  3 sets of 10 pushups would be even better, but yeah, maybe you are not ready, willing or able to increase your quantity of pushups?  What is the reason?

Are you getting anything out of the pushups that you are doing?  What are your goals?  

Do you merely want to participate in this thread?  or are you actually getting anything out of having average pushups of less than 20 per day?  

For me, it just seems a bit unrealistic to have 17 days of pushups and continuing to average less than 20 pushups per day.. unless you have some kind of an explanation for that.  Maybe you mentioned your reason.. I cannot recall seeing an explanation.
