It is because of willpower that you are able to do 20 push-ups every day. If you did not have willpower, you probably would not be able to do 20 push-ups every day. If you build more willpower within yourself, I think you will be able to do more push-ups.

I woke up early in the morning and got ready to do push-ups and completed a total of 100 push-ups in 3 sets. However, I was a little late in submitting the report early in the morning.

Congratulations on your new achievements. It is not always easy for anyone who is new to doing push-ups to start doing a lot of push-ups at the beginning, but as your body gets used to it, you will see yourself doing the numbers of push-ups you didn't expect or thought you could achieve, so I am not surprised you were able to do 20 push-ups a day. And if you keep up with this same energy in the next 1-2 weeks, you will see how you will keep on increasing your daily push-ups number. Together, we will push bitcoin to the $100k mark.

Today at my own convince as i was doing my pushups, i encounter a friend of my in a pushups challenge because he saw me doing 100 pushup in a roll.
So we carried the pushups challenge, he first started the pushups challenge and he was able to do 105 pushups.
When i started my pushups  is there i believe that practice make perfect, I was able to do 150 pushups that is where you accepted that my practice everyday on pushups is not in vain, love doing pushups everyday.

You seem to NOT be reporting correctly, and probably your report should say something like 3,350 for the total number of days and then the total number of pushups.  Even if you might want to describe your daily pushup experiences and happenings related to pushups, there is no need to report each day separately.. so the script is not going to accurately read your total number of your pushups because you wrote your report incorrectly..

You might be correct.  His first pushup report said 50 and his second said 100, so it could be that he did 50 pushups on each of those first 2 days.

Wow, completing 100 push-ups in 1 roll is really amazing. Maybe you were already very experienced in push-ups, which is why you were able to complete 100 push-ups in 1 roll. I used to do push-ups but I was not as experienced as you. I had to complete 100 push-ups in 3 rolls. While doing push-ups, I have now developed a different love for push-ups. Now if I don't do push-ups, I start feeling very bad about myself. Today I am completing 100 push-ups in 3 rolls.

Training with a friend is always fun and sometimes very competitive especially when its push ups. I think you're doing super good and I can see your are very eager to build your body and maintain good health. Doing a 100 pushups in a single row and an additional 150 pushups is very impressive but looks very stressful and I believe you were trying to impress your friend that when it comes to pushups,you're a genius. I always train hard and love seeing others do same, don't over stress your muscles because you want to do better than your friend,eat healthy and have alot of rest and after then,don't stop pushing.
