Hello. Created a user at whale.io site yesterday. Is the telegram chat always super slow to respond? Been waiting for over 2 hours for response now.. More used to crypto casinos having very fast response time on live chat.

When did you contact them exactly?
I just tried to contact their customer support to see how responsive they are and they redirected me to their Telegram support bot. The bot immediately closed the ticket and marked it as "resolved"! The reason is "It's nighttime and support is sleeping".
It’s OK for me if they don’t have 24/7 support but they should, at least, keep the ticket open or tell you when they we will be back online as nighttime for them might be daytime for some of their customers. jmo!

Unfortunately, that was a great pity, but as you rightly wrote, it was also a relatively risky bet. Mönchengladbach were simply the better team throughout the game and they thoroughly deserved the win. Unfortunately, it was clear to me shortly before half-time when Stuttgart were already behind and couldn't really make a mark on the game.

For me, it's the other way around. I simply know my way around the German Bundesliga a bit better and prefer to place my combined bets there. You can assess the teams and their current form much better this way and are not quite so tempted to accept “good” odds when you actually know that the teams are pretty equally strong.


Do you always play so many games in the combined bets? I usually don't dare to bet on more than 3 games, as there is already a good chance that a game will “fall over”. However, I know from platforms like Sportsbet that they offer even better odds with 5 bets in a combined bet. So that can certainly be tempting.

I personally use eXch (https://exch.cx/) for such cases, which usually works very quickly and quite cheaply.
Whale.io itself does not offer a swap ... at least I haven't found one yet.

Yeah, i think that is what you should do, you cannot swap from one coin to another in the casino, and i have not played in a casino that does.

I watched the game you're talking about and Liverpool lost only because Arne Slot sent out the second team (without Salah, and almost without all the other main players).

I admit I lost more than a thousand euros on this match.. but it's my fault. Like an idiot, I went for high odds (x3 for Liverpool to win) and didn't check that Liverpool was in first place in the Champions League standings, meaning they had already qualified and this match wasn't important to them.

But I would have definitely bet against PSV, not only because of Liverpool's strength in the Premier League. PSV had a comparatively "easy" draw in the preliminary round of the CL and, in my opinion, couldn't really convince in the games against the "weaker" opponents.

Not when Arne Slot left most of his squad back in England. Salah, Alisson, Virgil, Trent, and many others didn't travel to Netherlands for this game, not that they were on the bench, they were in the comfort of their homes. Not really, Coaches tend not to take a match 'serious' if they have qualified or winning wouldn't change anything.
So they tend to rest up their best players for more 'important' matches or try out new game play.
More or less they take more risk.
