Harry Kane has not been very lucky in this competition. Before the competition started, it was expected that he will be one of top scorers in the competition because they had the easiest fixture starting this competition. It is just unfortunate for him that he could not score in that game to start his numbers.

Musiala who has not played so much and is struggling with fitness has three goals, if he was fully fit with the minutes, he should be topping the list already.

We all know that the weather in this competition is too hot and some of the teams or should I say some of the players are not used to this kind of hot temperature and it seems Enzo Maresca is the first to complain as a coach about the condition of the weather that they are finding it hard to train ahead of their last group game which they need to get a win to advance to the next phase of the competition.
 To me I feel is too late to start complaining about the weather because this isn't the first game for him that's Enzo Maresca to start complaining about the harshness of the weather that is preventing them from training the way they feel, is too late but can Esperance Tunis stop Chelsea from advancing to the next round?
 It will be a very hard game for Chelsea that's why Enzo Maresca is complaining should incase lose it will be that is the weather condition, no two ways about it.

Enzo Maresca and complaints are 5&6, the other day he also complained that Chelsea not having enough fans affected their performance, I think that was after their first match. He is just making excuses for himself. Chelsea team has been going to the US for pre season tours in the past and I haven't heard them complaining about harsh weather. Chelsea are not the only team playing in the tournament that weather is affecting, the Man should stop making excuses and his job. Harsh weather should not be blamed for the poor performance of his team. Only failures give excuses!!

 Is really laughable to always hear him complain as if he is the only manager in the competition, even without the harsh weather he'll still have something to talk about let it be that he is observant of the whole situation. I think he should go back and work with Pep for at least 25 years because if he calls this a mind game then he is a joker, he needs to go and learn how to do it the way Pep does, like why can't he just endure like every other managers and play his game?
 This game doesn't need any weak performance and if Enzo thinks the weather is too hard for him and his boys they should just lose and go back to England and start making preparations for next season. Sometimes I feel this man need attention from the media if not why would he speak like it wasn't a privilege for him to be in this tournament, I believe there are clubs who would do anything to be in this tournament.

You know that Enzo Maresca always act smart and he is always ahead of himself thinking people don't know that his playing mind games. This harsh weather he's talking about is just an effort to justify his team loss to Flamenco, and a possible defense should his team lose again in their next match just as you pointed out earlier. He did the same thing when the premier was still ongoing, when Chelsea were just few points behind Liverpool. He was asked if Chelsea were in the title race and he said they are not in the race to avoid media scrutiny. Well it worked for him and he escaped it when his Chelsea team collapsed. It won't be the same for him this time if he fails to qualify for the knockout stage in this tournament. He should stop making excuses for this Chelsea team that cost more than a billion pounds to assemble. We need positive results from this billion pounds club and not excuses.

Anyone will definitely look forward to this match to see Bayern Munich win. Bayern motivation after passing a great season before providing inspiration for squad to look as best they can.
Things that look convincing like this are usually full of surprises do not mean doubting any team but Bayern will win with resistance from Benfica.

Benfica and Bayern will play in the round of 16. That's obvious considering how big the gap of GD owned by Benfica to the Boca. Boca needs more than a miracle to make it happen as they have to score 7 goals against Auckland without even conceded one goal. It seems to good to be true.
I'd like to call Bayern vs Benfica as a friendly match as both already secured their place in the next round. So it's affecting my bet to pick BTTS instead of Bayern win.

Yes, the way Simeone is currently managing his club is truly shameful, we saw Atletico Madrid as a progressive club at the beginning of the season in their domestic league. But the way this team is currently going down is truly shameful for them, especially Simeone, most people will laugh at him. Their terrible defeat against PSG which weakened them a lot, Atletico lost 4-0, if they could have responded to so many goals that day, they might not have seen this day. They needed a big result against Botafogo to win but they didn't even know it, instead they failed and only managed to score one goal. Although Atletico knew in advance that they had to win big and attack strongly, but they didn't succeed even when they attacked. Botafogo's team was very confident since they lost to a champion team like PSG, and they defended strongly against Atletico, which is why they qualified for the round of 16.

Would you like to dedicate this shameful defeat in the FIFA Club World Cup match only to the manager of Atletico Madrid? Please connect their players there. The reason why you see this list like this is because even the managers have not yet started pushing there best players most of the time the best players are usually coming from the bench, the list above is comprising of players that had luck scoring multiple goals in their first game, not that they are scoring every game, Musiala three goals came as hat trick in their first game riot over Auckland, I think for now the top goal scorer is still achievable for Harry Kane, he can add numbers to his goals this evening against Benfica and also do more in the knockout stages, I still have him high on my list to winner the highest goal scorer boot.

The challenge for Yildiz to prove himself came against Manchester City.
Yildiz has been a new idol for the Juventus public and his performance has continued to improve well including in the two matches in this tournament. If in the face of Manchester City, Kenan Yildiz is able to continue what has been done so far, I believe Kenan Yildiz will be used as a key for Igor Tudor to face next season.

The young lad is already proving himself to be backbone of juventus, he was awarded his reward by been shoulder the no 10 shirt responsibility, I believe that no matter the outcome of juventus in this tournament I still think the Juventus new manager should build his team around the young man.

I don't blame Atletico Madrid too much for their exit from the FIFA Club World Cup. Because they were defeated by fate. Atletico Madrid's defeat against PSG was not unexpected at all. Although they should have won, they couldn't hold their own against PSG's great form. We had no complaints about that match until PSG lost to Botafogo. Atletico Madrid is paying the price for PSG's defeat.

However, another option was open to them, which was to score a lot of goals. In the last match, they had to win by 3 goals, but they managed to score only one goal. It was really difficult against this great Brazilian club, because they had already won two out of three matches and were leading the group stage. Their plan was to concede as few goals as possible and win or lose by a small margin against Atletico Madrid.

One thing I can say about this tournament. I assumed it would be much more boring, but it turned out to be a lot less boring, I assumed it would be like some friendly cup, but it's actually getting to a point where it's really fun and I like that. Now that group stages are done, it's going to be win or go home games and that will be even better.

Because European teams that lost to other teams, could still recover during group stage, but not here, here if you lose you go home, so this stage will be better. Lets wait until all games are done, but we are already seeing some matchups, and it looks like the next ten days will be superb fun. At least we still have something to bet on, and that makes it a lot more fun for us too.

Looking at the Round 16 Schedule Flamengo already in the table and I guess they're the 1st team to qualified for Round 16.

A little regrettable indeed but it has happened and it cannot be denied that for now Atletico still have problems for finishing because indeed on several occasions sometimes their finishing is good but on other occasions their finishing is really bad and that's also what happened in yesterday's match where they got a lot of chances but everything was in vain because their build up attack was not accompanied by finishing.

Currently PSG still has a chance to get the trophy but of course we must be aware that for now there are still several other big clubs that still have the same probability in this case especially when the match has reached the final phase then they will not consider this as a trial only but also the prestige that must be at stake.

All my predictions for yesterday and today came out too. Even though Atletico failed to qualify for the konckouts but they won in 90 minutes. That matters most to me.
The result of two groups are now completed. From group A, its Palmeiras and Inter Miami. Not a very surprising result. Some might have expected Porto to qualify instead of Palmeiras but Portuguese clubs are not doing very well recently.
From group B advances PSG and Botafogo, everyone might have expected Atletico Madrid instead of Botafogo. It sure was a tight call but the unexpected loss of PSG against Botafogo cost Atletico. If it were have been a draw, it was Atletico's spot.

I started looking down on Athletico Madrid when PSG humiliated them, but what shocked me in this group is when Botafogo defeated PSG, I never expected to see that kind of result because we all know how PSG are performing, that why we are all shocked to see the result of the match. Many predicted that PSG and Athletico Madrid will be the only two teams that will make it out of the group stage but Botafogo came from no where to rein the prediction.

Botafogo really surprised me in the group stage, I never expected them to be at the position which they are currently, all I was thinking is that PSG and Atletico Madrid will be the clubs occupying the first and second position, but as we can see Botafogo are currently in 2nd position, and Atletico Madrid are currently in 3rd position. I was surprised that Botafogo were able to win PSG in the match, I never expected that result in the match, because I placed bet on PSG to win in the match, I was really confident in them to win, but things didn’t go well.

Atletico Madrid were able to get a win against Botafogo, seriously I will say Atletico were just lucky to win the match, the match wasn’t easy for Atletico Madrid, but they were lucky to score a goal towards the end of the second half, which made Botafogo position to drop to second on the table.

The American teams have shown that they can play against highly rated European sides. The Brazilian sides Palmeiras, Botafogo, Flamengo, and Fluminense have shown much class in the competition. All of them have the chance of qualifying for the knockout stage of the championship. Botafogo defeated the European champions PSG, which is remarkable for a Brazilian club.

Atletico Madrid, which is a highly rated European side, has been knocked out of the competition, which shows that it was competitive.

Porto was another European club eliminated. I guess the players thought enough is enough, let's go on vacation. Otherwise they wouldn't have conceded 4 goals against a team like Al-Ahly. Even if they had won, nothing would have changed because Inter Miami was leading 2-0 then conceded two goals in the last 10 minutes to draw the match and Inter Miami and Palmeiras advanced to the next round.
Atletico Madrid and Porto were the teams eliminated early. But this shouldn't come as a surprise. Not every player gives this tournament the same importance. You have to give credit to the players after a long league marathon. They need a vacation, they need to rest. Otherwise they are more likely to get injured.

Atletico Madrid were indeed very unlucky for not making it to the next round,there elimination came as a surprise to me because after winning Botafogo by 1-0,they were still eliminated and Botafogo qualified. Lucky Botafogo made it to the round of 16, it wasn't easy for them to be among the qualified clubs that made it to the next phase. Brazilian clubs are quite amazing in this CWC,to be honest I didn't expect to see Brazilian clubs playing this good, infact I am satisfied with their performance in the group stages,hope they will continue to keep it up now that they have made it to the round of 16.

FIFA Club World Cup matches are going smoothly and we saw last match of Atlético de Madrid football team against Botafogo football team and that was one sided match because Atlético de Madrid team was brilliant in everything. One person did goal in this match and that was Griezmann and he did this goal at 87 minutes and possession percentage of that team was excellent in this match and they had good possession in this match.  The shots of Atlético de Madrid team were more in number ans and these were 24 and 5 shots were on target. The possession was 62 percent and opponent team could not do anything good and their shots were less in number and these were only 7 and 3 shots were on target.

On paper, it looks like a very tough match. I think the Portuguese representative Bayern Munich can make it difficult. Bayern Munich can still be seen as the team that is closer to winning the match. At the moment, they will play this match not only for themselves but also for their country. So I hope they can win against Bayern Munich.

I feel really bad for Al Hilal because when they drew against Real Madrid in the first match, I thought they would win the other matches but unfortunately they only got one point against RB Salzburg. Al Hilal is currently in third place in the points table due to two points from two matches while RB Salzburg is in second place with the same number of points as Real Madrid. Al Hilal still has a lot of opportunities but they have to use that opportunity. If Al Hilal wins the next match and on the other hand if RB Salzburg loses or draws in their next match then Al Hilal can go through to the next round with some equations. However, Al Hilal's main focus will be on their next match.

I don't think you should feel bad for Al Hilal for not winning their second match against RB Salzburg after playing draw against Real Madrid, this is football for you, by the way Al Hilal didn't loss any of the matches and there is every possibility that they will qualify for the next round because they are playing against Pachuca who had recorded a single victory since the start of the competition and I don't expect them to stop Al Hilal from winning their match. RB Salzburg will be facing Real Madrid in their next match and it actually look very difficult for them to win real Madrid because both are in serious danger due to their points, even draw is not advisable because Al Hilal will make sure they win against Pachuca to secure their five points to replace either Real Madrid or RB Salzburg in the next round of the competition.

Al Hilal has a good advantage over Real Madrid and Salzburg in their group because is either they draw or one loses, and that will help Al Hilal to move up.
All they need do is to ensure that they win their game because they may be looking down on Pachuca and they get a draw or even lose this game that will be a problem on their side and will reduce their chances of qualifying.

Vincent Kompany in this match against Benfica did not field all of his usual main squad. Kane, Kimmich, Olise were on the bench.
I don't think it will be a goalless match. If the match will draw, it is still possible to happen. Why do I believe this match will have goals and why is it likely to draw, because Benfica only needs 1 more point to lock in second place which will take Benfica to the round of 16.
