I was just thinking the ways that how can KYC can still now be avoided. If you do not have any balance at the casino, do you think that you make a new account and start gambling from that account and leave this account untouched. They may close this account as you haven't completed the KYC and that's shouldn't concern you as you have no balance in here.
Yeah, they can ask for KYC in the new account too but it won't be immedaite. You can get away with it and shouldn't be doing the KYC.
Casinos already have systems in place, so they can usually detect if you create a new account, especially if you’re using the same device or IP. That’s where you can get into trouble and end up being accused of multi-accounting.
There’s really no such thing as a fully no-KYC casino anymore. If you actually read their information and TOS, you’ll always see KYC mentioned somewhere, so they may not enforce it right away, but they can ask for it anytime. That’s basically how crypto casinos operate now where some aren’t strict at the start, but later on they might require verification. So it’s always better to be prepared and not try to outsmart the system.
