Such issues can happen for several reasons. And there are different ways to solve them. Usually, it gets fixed automatically if you try to login later. I haven't faced this issue at Betpanda. However, I was getting a different error message there when I was trying to login two days ago. As a result, I was unable to login for the entire day. I just tried to login again today, and I was successful without any issues.

I often run into this problem, but I’ve found a few steps that usually help

Close the chrome window or the browser you're using.
Open a new window and try again from the beginning.

That’s how I managed to get into Betpanda. I’m not exactly sure what causes the issue, but it might have something to do with the browser.

It’s not Betpanda itself that tagging you with that behavior rather their odds provider. Obviously you are betting using method that doesn’t allowed by the casino ToS not only on Betpanda but on other casino that use same odds provider.

It’s very rare to encounter such issue if you are just betting the normal way like every regular bettor.

Such issues can happen for several reasons. And there are different ways to solve them. Usually, it gets fixed automatically if you try to login later. I haven't faced this issue at Betpanda. However, I was getting a different error message there when I was trying to login two days ago. As a result, I was unable to login for the entire day. Usually like that there is an automatic fix after logging in again later... but this problem has not been resolved and just checked again it is still the same as the previous problem.

But the solution is now complete, I no longer open Betpanda via browser but install the desktop version of Betpanda, it runs smoothly and the application is very smooth.
