I can relate to this. There’s no “x” button on the chips to cancel the bet on roulette easier instead they put the cancel bet button near the chips selector with transparent color that makes it hard to notice if you are already panicking due to the countdown.

You can also click the chips and drag it out the board to cancel the bet immediately.

There's tons of confusion going on Betpanda. If your deposits actually needed to 5x or not. Today I played slots on Betpanda. I made 2 Deposits. I lost first deposit so that's completely ruled out. Even from support team they could not tell gow much I wagered which was disappointed. So if there a tiny bit left like 1% you withdrawal request could be rejected.
Support Team was defenetly dumb they only goes by books nothing else or more. I told him to look into it deeply or contact his superior but he was insisting to do it. It's like he's word was final verdict. Which could leads everyone in panicked for sure.

I think they do not have also any choices here, they are doing exactly what they were told to do. He was not going to do anything apart from their Deposit Terms. Only sad thing I felt that, I told him, described him the situation. He could at least raise a ticket to superior and give me some assurance. Well in my situation that guy from support team just refused to give me the wagered numbers. Yeah I was able to withdraw my fund without 5x wagering even though that guy on support team was insisting to do 5x wagering. I'm saying that it was my mistakes without doing 1x wagering I requested for withdraw. No one plays games by counting wagering right. For me exactly same happened. Cause my winning was 3x from my deposit balance so I though I've completed the wagering but that's not how it counts. In my first attemt of withdrawal I calculated again wagering was about 7/8$

Thank for uploading these images again. You see from support they told him his wagering was 0.9x which is still short from 1x . That's what I describe on my earlier post that even if you lack 1% of your 1x wagering the system will reject the withdrawal automatically. It's all automated. In my case also were the same . 2nd time I withdraw it succeed as usual in a couple of seconds.
