We did originally wish the whole Guldencoin community a Gelukkig Nieuwjaar (which you quoted) then posted again and wished Rijk and Geert one directly. We only have had contact with Rijk and Geert from Guldencoins development team otherwise we would mention others of the team.

To clarify, I'm not taking it personally.  I just feel with the movement we gained this week to making things work properly, that after 4 months of rallying for it, I can take a step back and refocus.  There are a lot of things that I put on the back burner for months to focus on issues here.  Now that things are moving, I can step back and see how it turns out.

Mind you, if I'm asked to help, I will not deny my help, or my team's.  I am, and they are, still fully committed to this coin's success.

I just feel it's time to take what I learned here and reflect.  If I can apply the knowledge to a future project, it was worth the effort.  Plus I've got a new baby that I'll admit comes second to these long posts sometimes.  I need to stick to the priorities

So happy new year if I don't talk to you all in the next day, and here's to a new year of success!  I'm thinking an anniversary coin maybe?  Who knows.

Having Gulden listed on Cryptsy allows multipools that use Cryptsy's APIs to determine profitability to include Guldencoin in their mining schema.  Essentially it would open the door to additional multipools at a time when we can't handle one.  Cryptsy might be an option when an algo change is completed, but at this time it's just not needed.  Additionally, most coins that go to Cryptsy are subject to bot auto-trading and pump and dump group activities.  It's not a place for coins that value stability and longevity.

Well having an alternative besides bittrex is extremely important imo. What's gonna happen with NLG when bittrex closes. It's not unusual for an exchange to get bankrupt or scam their clients ( not insinuating btw), is it?

Hi, you are right about the need for rewriting. It seems that with the loss of the database I also lost the adjusted versions of the web texts. The ones online now are the initial draft from a couple of weeks ago. Sorry for that. I just didn't want to postpone and keep this from you any longer.

I am going to give the backend (which had most of my focus last month) another go this weekend and try to get the frontend connected to that again. Meanwhile, the presentation on the frontend needs to be "polished" as well.

Having said that, I would very much like this to become a team effort anyway, so anyone is more than welcome to shoot at it and produce improvements.
