I am from India so i use btcxindia.com mostly...but one bad thing there is that minimum buy or sell is 0.1btc...with btc price increasing it is quiet difficult for some to buy 0.1 at once...

So you can try localbitcoins to go for lesser than that value,  Personally I would say the Bitcoin ATM machine. I may not have the best conversion rates but it sure is convenient. I am still learning Bitcoin, what what mentoned here is pretty good stuff.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'm using Kraken because its a good exchange platform and they are also big market and are trusted.
I only deal on trusted websites these days because there are a lot of ponzi's around this year..

Its really annoying I hope this will stop on a certain point.

After the fall of Mt. Gox ...I think this is very important Q to all Bitcoin newbies like me.

It is more than a year now people are expressing their exchange of choice. So, I thought of listing them below...

Direct Trading Exchange :-

i. www.LocalBitcoins.com

Real Time Exchange :-

i. www.BTC-e.com

ii. www.BitStamp.net

iii. www.Kraken.com

iv. www.CoinBase.com

v. www.OKcoin.com

vi. www.BTCchina.com

vii. www.Cryptsy.com

viii. www.Bitfinex.com

ix. www.Bit-X.com

x. www.huobi.com

personally, i use only btc-e , it was first exchange site that i ever used and  i just like this, i like it's design , and this exchange site don't have bad reviews about it so i like to use it

but also, there is exchange site named bitstamp and most of my friends use it and describes it as best exchange site, so i think that they both are pretty good, you should check them out

I use multiple exchanges and try to find the best arbitrage opportunities to buy and sell my coins.
Two of them are btc-e (to buy) and localbitcoins (to sell).

For most coins bittrex is good, only their volume is not very large, which is why I used poloniex for the large coins.
Volume is very import if you want to make more profit.

Altcoins i prefer both Poloniex and Kraken. I use bittrex too but not very often.
Kraken don't hold many altcoins but the coins they hold got good potential, which is the reason they are listed.

For arbitrage BTC-E is the best exchange in the history of exchanges. I did not try it since it find it to risky. For that reason I only use Bittrex and poloniex.
I use to trade on ccex but them acting like yobit promotion scam coins made me go way. Any exchange that selects the coins they are listing deserve the benefit of the doubt.

yeah, localbitcoins is more secure and a lot of people have trust on it and they are relying on it for their exchanges and their trades. But the other smaller exchanges are also good, like you can also use yobit, the benefit of small exchanges is that you can pump and dump your coins easily.

I am not using any of the exchange you quoted above but I am using yobit at the moment and localbitcoins sometimes. I trade bitcoin to altcoins and vice versa on yobit whereas I trade with bitcoin to fiat and vice versa on localbitcoins.

I am using yobit because I find it very user friendly and comparatively less costly as compared with other exchanges I have used so far, and localbitcoins because I can choose any payment options on it.

I also use this to trade alot and make profit since im getting such good rates from him, real time ones can be expensive sometimes.
