Hello, yes you can. However if you want to withdraw funds from PayPal to your card, please make sure the card is verified. Is verification needed for paypal purchases and linking as well? We do not require card verification for purchases or card linking to PayPal. However, PayPal might request a verified card. |

This site is a scam. I'm French, i don't want to put ID on internet (for privacy), i take a plastic card, load it with 200€, try to use it (not working), then i want to unload it, not working, now i need to put ID and Bank Statement to unload my card. And i was never warn about that "law" about French. For load all was good,but for unload the card... Screenshot of bank statement not enough, they want all the bank statement  I hope its not to late for you guys. |

Our card can be used everywhere where VISA cards are accepted. However, each particular case depends on the merchant. For withdrawals from 3rd party merchants like bet365 SpectroCoin debit cards have to be verified. |

This site is a scam. This is due to changes in French regulations (Decree No. 2016-1523 and Decree No.2016-1742). And we sent out a newsletter to our French customers to warn about this. |

I signed up with Spectrocoin after looking at the great exchange rates on the homepage but once I was in I realized the prices are at least 6% higher than the actual bitcoin price and if I add the cost to deposit funds then overall the price is 10% - 12% higher. The site seems to be great though. I will be a happy customer If you can provide actual bitcoin price like Kraken..etc or introduce some cheap deposit methods with little or no fees.
