Today i have discovered that i cannot transfer Euros from my SKRILL account to Spectrocoin. The error message was "Some errors occurred: Deposit with Skrill reached DAILY 0.00 € limit." Then i sent a message to their chat and i receive the following answer:
"Please be informed that SpectroCoin system double checks every client's information and offers certain services accordingly. If the chosen option is not working, please try it after some time. It is being done automatically, we are not able to control it manually. I would suggest you to use SEPA for now"
and then
"Let me try to explain it. Our system is taking an extra security an management measures in order to provide the best services possible. One of the features includes an automated limit system for deposit options. These limits are calculated every few days. In some cases various deposit limits may be applied for certain operations. I am very sorry to inform that I may not change the limits for you as this is entirely related to the system For now the only option I could offer to try another deposit option like SEPA"
and then "Adele 11:16 pm These are the system limits, I am afraid. Please note that as they are re-calculated every few days it may be working a little later for you"
Zero Limits in deposits? I have heard about limits on withdrawals but on deposits? Maybe i am not transferring enough money to your wallet for your "system"?

Zero Limits in deposits? I have heard about limits on withdrawals but on deposits? Maybe i am not transferring enough money to your wallet for your "system"?

Please have some patience and you will have that option functional soon. Please follow-up about that with our support and they will keep you updated with the case. This is just as the system confirms the users just for extra security.

Spectrocoin has forgot to tell you that The cards are undergoing maintenance by the cards issuer and are expected to be ready for use again this week. Afterwards they will be tested and then we will provide vouchers. Probably in Friday we will know that cards will be ready next week than next week etc So you will have to wait and to get cards you need to complete KYC

Fortunately I wasn't affected by wavecrest but afterwards I saw the announcement for new cards with alliedwallet I got one, once I got it I tried to activate it and this wasn't possible. Contacted support they said technical issues but wouldn't mention what kind, or any timeframe for when cards will be functional. Seems like it takes endlessly long for these services to provide anything and I have paid but never been able to use a card... Lost money to bitpay/wavecrest (didn't load the wallet just the cost of the card) last year without getting to use the card for a single damn transaction...
Spectrocoin seems legitimate, but seriously what's up with taking money for a card when it doesn't work? And why not give clear answers as to when the service will be functional?
Will update with review when I manage to make POS transaction and ATM withdrawal with my card.

Nope no money deposited. I already have the card from allied wallet. Hope they manage to fulfill their duties and make this service possible...

Hello, The card's fee does not apply if not working. If it was charged, please contact our support and they will assist you with that. Please accept our apologies for that, but the technical difficulties are due to maintenance from the cards' issuer side and we cannot predict when they will be resolved.

I did not want to go this road but I am desperate. I verified and loaded my card when they came out around 45 days ago with over 3500EUR and did not spend anything since next day they closed down. Now for all this time I am asking when they will be back but always get the same copy paste answer . Nothing specific. At this point all I want to do is close my card or even whole account and get my money back but Spectrocoin refuses to do so. Can anyone help me here? Can they hold my money and not return it for almost 2 months ? Even after I request multiple times to close card and return funds? Can I take legal action ? Any suggestions will be welcome .

You can try Bank of Lithuania Lithuania is part of euro currency so Bank of Lithuania is part of EBC I think that they will answer you If not you need to find some contact to customer issue part of EBC

Hello, Please note that since the issue is from the card provider side, and as they are having maintenance, the funds are stored in the card and we cannot refund them as they are having maintenance. Not because we do not want to. Our support should be your best option for those inquiries. Please stay in touch with them and ask if they can forward your case to the department in charge of those cases. When refunding the cards will be available, you will be contacted. As of now, the cards are not working from the provider side and not because of issues of our own
