How many of those 1 million clients you claim to have can you break down in to groups? How many of those 1 million clients are investors in Bankera? How many are investors in SpectroCoin? How many are SpectroCoin card holders? How do you assess your active user base? If someone signed up 12 months ago but never used the service is that user still counted as a client even though they are effectively not?

I have grave concerns looking at Bankera website (https://bankera.com/#/faq/other):

"Why is there no information on your website about the ICO, team members, and advisors?" - Once the ICO stage was over, we shifted our focus to product and service development. These steps are also reflected in the new website design. Part of the members were on the advisory board just for the pre-ICO/ICO period — as they have completed their job, they moved on to other projects. Others are still working with us — they are contacted when their expertise is needed. Also, Bankera's team and advisory board have expanded rapidly — a lot of new people with a background in legal, compliance, finance, and other fields have joined Bankera. All I see is an excuse to not name names and in my opinion that is because of what there is to hide. Why hide it? Why use excuses to not make that information public? who in their right mind would invest in a business that does not make known who the CEO, CFO, CTO, Advisors, Marketing Team, Developers and other board members are?

"Finalify Ltd" is mentioned twice regarding ownership of "Bankera" yet "SpectroCoin" is mentioned 31 times and even though the contract is between the end user (investor) and Bankera (Finalify Ltd), there is a clause of agreeing to terms and conditions of SpectroCoin which make absolutely no sense because Finalify Ltd which unsurprisingly is based in the Virgin Islands along with the BNK token and Bankera brand name are entering in to the contract with the end user.

The mention of "SpectroCoin" in the T&C pdf of Bankera is a complete failure as it does not explain in details who (and what) SpectroCoin are and it does not explain what their end aim and connection to the ICO or Banekra was/is. Bankera itself seems to be a failure as it does not seem to achieved much. The exchange looks like a dull website nobody wants to use.

What is abundantly clear is that Spectrocoin is the defacto owner of Bankera. Spectrocoin tries to portray itself as a separate entity from Bankera (which in legal terms it is) but morally it is the same team with the same people with the same agenda trying to achieve the same thing. That is something has been attempted continuously.

There is no real exchange, there is no payment card facility and there is a market value loss of over $110 million in less than 18 months of the ICO ending so it is not exactly a great success is it?

The ICO token price was 0.017 EUR each but currently stands at 0.0014 EUR each.

More of a monumental failure than a success I would say.

Considering that UAB Spectro Finance (Lithuania based company) which operates Spectrocoin effectively launched an ICO for a new venture called Bankera which is a watered down version of Spectrocoin - it raises ethical questions about why an ICO was needed for Bankera when all the tools, facilities and more already existed in Spectrocoin.

They are simply there to refute and provide counterarguments. If you wish to read what they wrote and what they are trying to do in Bankera thread, you may very simply go ahead and find all the messages by yourself. Or again, if you wish to, you may join the chat and have a conversation with them or PM them on this forum. We have not sent them to pump the thread. They simply joined to provide counter-arguments by their own will. Bankera thread seems quite since 14th of August. If we wanted them to pump it, they would keep communicating in there and not keep quiet. Before anyone starts judging and believing anything, read the messages and read what they were writing and against what claims.

We appreciate your attempts to finding more about the project in order to make an informed decision, but all the information that needs to be public is public. I did read it and it also explains by reading between the lines. I see nothing of substance to enforce a view that the copy and paste text above tries to create because most if not all the reasons provided as to why Spectrocoin and Bankera are legally separate entities - seem to be excuses.

One thing is for sure, it seems the ICO and its scale was designed to ensure the Spectrocoin/Bankera team had liquid capital. How exactly that money was spent, how much of it remains and how much is needed to be spent on making a success of the "project" remains to be seen.

So far the only winners seem to be the ones who held the 30% of Bankera tokens before the ICO (thus made million of USD$ for free) and quite possibly those that are/were controlling the funds post-ICO unless audits are carried out.

If they are one or separate legal entities, the fact remains it is publicly disclosed and the legal reasons behind are not mentioned - it is hard as mentioned - time is better spent on more important things if it will cost a lot of time. The team founded Spectro Finance and the companies within it are SpectroCoin, Bankera - that's the point of the quotes, who in the team works in which product or if someone carries responsibilities in both, that does not make a difference.
The ICO was created for more capital as capital is needed for banking services/products such as Bankera Loans.
