I was not surprised to see ByBit in the list as they have an atrocious reputation, using that exchange could mean having funds confiscated over non-existent issues. It was not that long ago Whitebit had a bad reputation and then I thought they disappeared therefore it was a surprise to see their name (and learn they are still active).

There could have been a different outlook on this whole matter if there was some camaraderie between the parties. Instead of supporting each other they have decided to exclude eXch. The steps they have taken means they are effectively banning transactions from eXch in their exchanges and with it they are excluding a significant entity and making it difficult for their customers.

I knew that eXch was a thorn in the side of many people, but I still couldn't have guessed that they were all so united in their attacks. I hope all this won't result by stopping eXch promotion on the forum, because that's how it started with mixers too.

As far as I know, eXch is legally registered in Belize, but that didn't stop the US from sending them this request. So it seems that the US has no problem going beyond their borders to try to impose what they want to impose.

Maybe a little irony about Trump is that he is such a servant of himself, and he likely is not capable of representing anyone but himself, yet at the same time people still voted for him while knowing that he has such a character flaw that has almost a snowballs chance in hell of reforming.. yet surely at the same time, it could have had also been that some people still considered that giving him a kind of blank check and a get out of jail for free card, then somehow they perceived to be rewarding him that way (by voting him into office) that would also be in their interest (at least more so than the alternative)...

Surely some ongoing crazy-ass chaos  since Trump seems to be even way more emboldened in his level of outrageousness, as compared with last time, so at the same time, there are likely questions regarding policy attempt ramifications and the extent to which some of the practices end up changing in ways that might end up being people empowering, Trump self-serving and/or do things get helped more than they are hurt through such chaos.. including letting a bunch of thugs off of their criminal charges merely because they seem to be lapdogs (or would it be bulldogs?) for Trump.

Just because politicians may well seem to not know the difference between bitcoin and shitcoins, and they are perverting and convoluting categories, that should not mean that any of us should be afraid to call them out for their bullshit and their creating confusion, in their pursuit of personal profits or even their abuse of public office perhaps in the name of either wanting lesser government, trying to sabotage government or even engaging in behaviors that attack bitcoin through perverted means. 

Surely we can have some advantages in our interactions when there is chaos, yet governments will still engage in selective prosecution, so none of us can use the excuse that Donald Trump was scamming people, so therefore your allegations against me are not valid..  whether it is KYC or peer to peer interactions, self-custody, allegations of money laundry or our attempts to communicate about ideas that are critical of governments, financial laws or our abilities to freely transact value between each other including transacting monetary value.   

I am fairly sensitive about the convolution of bitcoin and shitcoins, so I am not going to give up attempting to clarify when people speak in gobbledy gook terms because they are trying to act like bitcoin is the same as shitcoins or if they might be using other kind of vague language because they might be pumping their project while acting like it is similar or better than bitcoin - it is not correct whether done by individuals or by financial institutions or supposed governmental leaders who might also have questionable agendas.

Sorry about getting away from the topic of this thread, since this thread is surely more open to being able to exchange between coins, and I don't have any problem with that even though surely I would not necessarily own too many shitcoins myself, but I understand that they can serve some purpose and there can be value in exchanging between them.

We recommend to avoid to search your links from the “DNM bible”, it's a common way of getting scammed.

The above links are well referenced on the major search engines, and appear on the top results in many cases. That's why we'd like to remind the community to always verify the URL used (it may be handy to use this thread on Bitcointalk as a reference, kycnot.me or tor.taxi) and to be careful when doing any research.

Yesterday, that scammer even opened ANN, but the moderators removed it very quickly. The site is still under construction, but there should be information that it is a phishing site.

I think someone created such list in forum, but it's not easy to find it.

A connection had to be made to the domain registration services, to somehow verify the registrations made.

If I remember correctly, the first official eXch username on Bitcointalk was exch.cc, just because of the domain. They changed that about a year ago. Here is the confirmation

Also, the plan is to move everything to exch.net, which is in their possession. Although a lot of time has passed since then, I have not seen a later update on the status of this move.

We will soon be migrating to the `exch.net` domain we bought for 10k$ so I don't feel any urge updating the OP right now and think it's better to update it when we perform definitive changes.

We bought the .net one because .net, .com and .org zones are those of very few left that are not managed by any centralized authority, unlike most ccTLDs today that were bought by corporations like CentralNic who can do whatever they want with the domains independently of the company that sells them.
