Is there an up to date, working block explorer?

There are at least 2 that I know of:

Block Explorer: Boollberry Block Explorer on MinerGate: https://minergate.com/blockchain/bbr/blocks
Block Explorer: Boolberry Block Explorer on ChainRader: http://chainradar.com/bbr/blocks

I am a little tired of crypto_zoidberg not updating the OP to delete dead links, add lists of seed nodes, mentioning a dormant Twitter account instead of one that is active today, not mention popboolr.com etc.

I have been told crypto_zoidberg probably controls boolberry.com and registration for http://boolberry.com/forum/ has not been working for a while. If he wants to come back and start developing, great. In the meantime it is time to act.

What does the community think about moving to a new unmoderated thread which we can control and keep updated?

Lets give him another week or two to see how his new project will help Boolberry. He will have a much easier time raising money for the new project if it is clear he has not abandoned Boolberry. He has an incentive to remain active here.

Here is thread for discussion: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=887482

PS About Boolberry: In any case Boolbery is my primary project, and since both this projects based on the same code base - it will be win-win for both of this project from technology point of view. ATM scruffy is working on BBR new wallet version since i want to have second developer who familiar with BBR code, so this took more time that i expected, but this is need for project safety, a lot of people were talked about it before in this thread.

Zoidberg

He says it is close to being ready for alpha:

Hi!
Yep, we fix some small bugs and improve some elements of design.
PoS-minig works! Alpha is ready for 95%
We can make it public for you.
Do you guys want to test it ?

Sorry! They were up do date a few weeks ago when I last checked. It is strange that 2 block explorers would stop at exactly block 442,156. Cold they both be controlled by the same person who may have taken their node down for maintenance?

I am on block 445,522 now with plenty of peer connections.

I contacted both Chainradar and Minergate and await their response. This is my GUESS:

Minergate only wants to maintain block explorers for coins they operate mining pools for. Chainradar might rely on the Minergate block explorer. I cannot think of another rational explanation for why both block explorers stopped on the same block.

Regardless of my guess above, Boolberry could benefit from more:

1. Block explorers
2. Miners
3. Mining pools

There are other working block explorers. Here are a few:

http://cncoin.farm/#pool_blocks
http://bbr.mbkpool.info/#pool_blocks

Those aren't really block explorers as they can't be searched by block, tx id, etc., they only show the last 50 or 100 blocks and their hash. I think Chainradar and Minergate are run by the same entity (possibly/probably Bytecoin related); I'm pretty sure they've had issues at exactly the same time in the past as well.

I actually tried to load up my daemon and solo mine some blocks the other night, but I couldn't get connected to any peers, so my daemon wasn't syncing...

Thank you jwinterm!

You are of course correct. Obviously I did not looks at those "block explorers" very carefully. Based on your finding getting some new block explorers online should be an extremely high priority. Is there anyone in the community able to do this?

Did you try this to solve the peer problem?

hi all
i have donwload BBR here: http://boolberry.com/downloads.html
but i can not Synchronized my wallet, i have this:

Someone else had this problem the other day. Here's what got them working.
Right-click on the shortcut, click properties and add this after the filename
Code:
 --add-priority-node 66.228.33.249:10101 --add-priority-node 59.120.166.36:10101 --add-priority-node 62.201.213.25:10101 --add-priority-node 95.85.21.33:10101 --add-priority-node 107.170.97.197:10101

My daemon shows 6 connections right now

Good news! Minergate block explorer is working again. This was the response I received from support:

Hello,

Planned website maintenance was in progress, now it is finished and the blockchain is updating normally. Sorry for the issue.

Best regards,
MinerGate support team

Chainradar has not responded to me yet, but their block explorer is also up to date now.

Because of the price spike today mining should be more profitable that it was yesterday so start mining!

I am developing some prediction algorithms for cryptocurrency price trends, and BBR peaked in monitor... that is all.

The reason why I am asking it, is there any news in dev process or update on technology or any other issue which could cause this rising of BBR price?

I couldnt find any news here relevant...

Sorry if I was off the topic.

BBR is being pumped it seems. It's now in the top 100 on coinmarketcap, with a market cap of $456,000, and an $18,000 volume on Poloniex.
