Hm, nice investigation. But who would send funds with open comments like that? Anyway, the 64 000 is a lot, but considering that a guy just paid 10 000 BTC for two pizzas a few years ago, it´s possible that an early adopter/miner has such a big stake.

Or those are the guys that stole the bitcoins from MtGox, as they also have to make "legal" bitcoins out of it somehow.

Huh? Those aren't "open comments" and they certainly aren't put there by the sender. Bitcoin doesn't have transaction comments or transaction messages or whatever. Anyone can label an address on blockchain.info, see https://blockchain.info/tags - those tags then show up everywhere the address appears on blockchain.info

The coins go back to this well known address

https://blockchain.info/es/address/1Drt3c8pSdrkyjuBiwVcSSixZwQtMZ3Tew

Yes - wasn't disagreeing with you, Blockchain.info still have to approve tags based on the reference material:)

You have got to be kidding me. This is some crazy shit!!!!

What kind of bothers me about maidsafe is that when I went to see the dev team on their site, they have no photos, only names.

From what I saw with the MSC investment and the MTGOX BTC, something is happening behind the screen, I am pretty sure. Look how many people are talking about it before IPO. Where are the money come from with lacking of marketing.

Can anyone tell me how to get the investment back? Tell them I send it from exchange, and ask for refund?

I just came across this a few mins back. I am not quite sure what it means. Are these stolen coins? and what does it mean. Is there a way to stop them or perhaps even block the MSAFE whilst it is still a digital asset. I will speak with the MSC guys, I think we need more info though. It feels a bit like a supposition. If some bitcoin core devs could pitch in and work with us it would be great. Gavin for instance. Is it possible to shout out to him?
I have seen this sort of thing a lot and many times Gavin and co can provide more info and even investigation. IF it is bad behaviour then I am all in favor of stopping it as it harms the community for sure. We do need to be 100% though and the core team can help.

I've traced back what appears to be BTC Guild's admin too. There're big guys involved in this scam.

Evidence:

It's fishy.  This thing had almost no marketing or any presence on the net, then they have this IPO which makes millions in hours.  It never made sense until you outted them laundering stolen bitcoins.

This thread could be used as evidence to prove Mark Karpeles or his subordinates still have access to all those BTC and that Maidsafe could be indicted along with them.

If you're to make a case, you need to provide all the steps to proving the point; I can't see the source, proving that address is MtGox. As noted above, anyone can tag Blockchain address wrongly.

Well,  if you aren't attending any of the recent Bitcoin conferences and relying only on Bitcointalk for your information, then it is obvious to me that you are out of the loop!

Here is what Maidsafe claim :

A new p2p Internet. Free and decentralised.

Here is what it is (so far) :

A copy of a 14 years old open source project named freenet.
A centralized closed source software that need you to trust the staff not to look at your data and sell it to NSA.
An incentive to centralize all the network because of the competition for money. As a consequence, your data could be deleted and lost.
An unfair IPO at a fixed max amount that force people to send in a hurry without checking the project.
A huge pump&dump manipulation for MasterCoin.
A future pedophile network.
A money laundering for MtGox stolen Bitcoins.

Here's my bag so you don't ask : Bitcoin, tenX, iexec, byteball and pepecash
