Not sure what you are intending with the link to that particular page.  I see a lot of bickering and not a lot of comprehension.

For one, the IPO seemed like it was underestimated.  I actually woke up in the middle of the night to participate.  But many did not.  While I used BTC as I had no desire to go through Mastercoin, even I had no idea it would go so fast - I just wanted to be a part of what the Maidsafe is doing (seriously, read their material; good times).

For two, transferring Maidsafe is not easy now as it requires a wallet capable of transferring Smart Property which I am thinking Maidsafe, as a proxy coin, is classified as.  As far as I understand, version 4 of Master Wallet will indeed fix that problem as is mentioned on that page though I don't know when.  Remember, the IPO was intended to last 30 days and all of the technical aspects of transferring Maidsafe is presumed to have been done in that time, so technically, that aspect is still on schedule.

For three, I participated because I knew that this was a long term project.  I didn't expect anything to happen overnight and while the IPO did, until Maidsafe is integrated into other exchanges/is user friendly like other alt coins, the rest of it is going to need to catch up and that might not happen until Maidsafe is exchanged for the proper and USEFUL Safecoin.

So.  That is my answer. I still don't know what the intended page link was supposed to convey but it sounds like a lot off topic and ad hominems.

What do you think he intended?  It's shows a racist idiot (rawdog) claiming he's an official representative of this coin, which is indeed totally embarrassing for those involved and a warning for those who are thinking about investing.  I would never invest in anything that has an official idiot on staff.  Does that make sense or are you still in the unknown?
Unfortunately, Rawdog goes by other alts on these boards, and one of those alts made himself out to appear completely aligned with the core Devs of Mastercoin, whilst being vulgar and abusive to anyone and everyone even breathing in his direction, publicly and via PM's.
I'd like to hope someone from Mastercoin would have acted to not let the perception in the readers mind think, the (madeup) association was real, but then, the mods on these boards do nothing valuable anyway. Unless an issue becomes legal, I wont be reporting anymore posts to the mods, as they are weak and powerless here, and as i see it, condone and contribute to the juvenile nonsense.

True that is pre Bitcoin but that does mean that it least acquired a reputation in one forum or another
And has code and development building up over the last decade

Do you have enough BTC on your sending address? You'll need a small amount of BTC for the actual transaction.

Compairing the price paid by BTC and MSC Backers of Maidsafe IPO I find Out this:

I think MaidSafe team should take action and Pay to BTC Backers more Bonus to cover this unfair IPO, Period.

so the only way now for MS to fix this is give away enough MS to make this equal, else its probably not going to float well. They need to desam and fast.

One way would be to send a % of BTC back to the BTC addresses to make equal to MSC.  Lets see how legit they are.

This would likely raise the MS value by quite a lot and thus help the whole project

I'm a big supporter of what maidsafe hopes to achieve, but this fiasco has unfairly punished a large majority of people that have put their trust and faith in this team and this project.

Something needs to be done to compensate the BTC investors and level the playing field.
You can't have an IPO and unfairly reward one half of investors arbitrarily.
This is not the way you do business.

I suggest we start a petition,
If everyone who invested via BTC signs it I think they will have no choice but to take it seriously.

That's funny. They do there fundraising however they want and after it's done nothing can be changed.

How many? You should have at least 0.35 mBTC in your address to be able to send.

I'm going to give them a couple more days to clear this up. At the bare minimum they need to acknowledge clearly that one party of people were able to acquire safecoins significantly cheaper than the other party of people at the same time. Thus causing BTC investors to realise an instant loss.

How they will resolve this or if they are willing to resolve it is also another question that needs answering.

For some reason you argue with everyone who is angry about the unfair situation that has occurred.

The maidsafe I bought with my BTC is now worth significantly less in terms of BTC. That is a loss. And it occurred because of the incorrect way Maidsafe distributed the coins.

I expect you now to keep trying to twist things as you have already demonstrated in this thread your biased point of view. The rest of us wait to see what the Maidsafe team will or will not do about this.

We will call this Proof of Legitimacy. POL.

Crypto are unique in that we have a mechanism that is open, and relatively easy to do so that all IPO people in BTC can be put back to actual MSC / BTC rate. MS even have the list of all BTC addresses.

This would probably set MS apart from all other IPO's, in the world, ever, and set a precedent of all IPO in crypto in the future. It would set the bar. It would also make MS be legit, and avoid endless scam at ts genesis.

What will MS's IPO POL be, 0 or 100%, its not like they cant do this thing. They admit they were is error.

Very good Terminology.
I think that currently Maidsafe's Proof of Legitimacy is below %50 but if they Bonus the BTC Holders some MS's to cover their Losses this will increase Their Proof of Legitimacy even above %100. You say %120!

Because everyone may make mistakes, But the one who cover his mistake and pay for it to avoid others to lose, is more trustable and generate more confident and trust to his audiences than the person that make no mistakes yet!

I hope they take this thread serious otherwise they always should carry the POL of %50 with their coins!

if the figure is correct, being 2.5 x , then 1.5 parts of 2.5 parts would be returned thus if you paid up  1BTC then 1.5/2.5 x 1 should be returned.

A script to do this or even manually would be trivial.
