why is everyone selling??? and at such a low price?

Quite a few of our coins have been mined by multipools and Chinese mining farms looking for a quick profit. Neither multipools nor mining farms hold their coins very long. This tends to depress the price since supply temporarily exceeds demand. We will soon be past the POW stage, and the overwhelming supply of coins held by these people will start to dry up. As that happens, equilibrium between supply and demand should be restored, and the price should climb.

Right now, we have a unique buying opportunity. That's what I'm doing. I'm doing the best I can to buy as much as possible. I truly believe that the lower prices are a good thing, but I don't believe that they will last for long.

It's just supply and demand.  This is the biggest flood of supply VeriCoin will ever experience, after the flood recedes we head for mars!

you should be at block 12,492 or thereabout. go into your "help" tab, click "debug window" then "console" tab.

enter "get info" without quotes and you should see "blocks 12,501" or bit higher.

im stuck on block 12,240....its going really slow.

ive already had 2 successful stakes. for some reason it just stopped. the bottom icon is rotating showing that the wallet is syncing up but like i said it takes an extremely long time. ive checked my vericoin.conf file and everything is good. not sure why it all of a sudden became really slow

edit: for some reason i have 16k extra coins in my Stake tab in my wallet qt. Not that it is a bad thing....haha im just so damn confused in the best way possible

You have any idea what i did for VRC?
Or any idea how much time/energy is needed for getting the payoutlists together, collecting addresses?

I gues not. Maybe you just take care what you say, or you might be the last one receiving coins!

Try deleting everything in appdata\roaming\vericoin except wallet and vericoin.conf.

This will reload the block and in the process will likely connect to new nodes in search of the most up to date block.

The network still has some holes in it, though it's getting better everyday.

Testbug has been very responsible about getting the payouts done.  A fork is nightmare scenario for the pool ops in many respects.  He has handled it very well.

Mine was still getting stuck, I used conf as below, suggested by someone on here, also had to delete all but wallet.dat and my new conf  like suggested above, then it synced all the way.

addnode=107.170.99.191
addnode=107.170.140.210

Solved it for me too, thx.

On another note: what's going on with Pool.Enterprises? Can't login and they're showing a diff of 0.69?
