Question: Due to big HYPER projects like Poker site, giveaways, competitions, bounties and marketing the 500 000 HYPER MMO Development Fund will be at 450 000 HYPER soon. What should we do?
Keep sponsoring more awesome HYPER projects and spend it down to 400 000 HYPER and then preserve the fund at 400 000 HYPER - 115 (45.1%)
Limit spending (less HYPER projects) until the monthly staking brings the fund back up to 500 000 HYPER - 40 (15.7%)
Manage it how you like. HYPER seems to be going awesome keep it up! - 100 (39.2%)

This had a weak start but stabilization fund in a third party old forum members hand gives it some extra credibility.

Would it be smarter to send all my coins to one address so they all get staked at same time? I am not entirely sure how POS works, but right now it seems individual blocks are getting staked.

I dont know much but i think staking is based on coin age and if you move the coins to a different address, you lose the coin age.

Is there anything I need to do to get them to stake?  I've had coins in my wallet for more than 24 hours and wallet unlocked to stake but I dont see where it shows whether I am staking or not.

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Ideally coins should stake every 24 hours but sometimes it can take longer - there is a lottery aspect to PoS but you will earn your 5% PoS per month and your wallet should stake soon Wink

Important updates:

1. The official website is taking shape: http://hypercrypto.com More content will be added to the homepage shortly.

2. The HYPER dev has been in touch and has advised that PoW phase will be over in about 11 days. I have updated the OP.

3. We will be starting a big PR campaign tomorrow and aggressively looking to get HYPER on exchanges.

4. We're looking forward to receiving Tokyoghetto's proposal regarding managing the HYPER Market Stabilization Fund.

5. HYPER Mac wallet should be ready within 24 hours or so.

6. Once the basics are in place we can start actively recruiting for the MMO development.

Things are looking very good indeed. Thank you everyone who has been supporting HYPER so far Wink

I have been mining at hyper.pool.mn for most of day, noticed I was earning very little coin, switched to hyper.dgbpool.com and I am easily making 10 times as much!  What gives with that?

A higher hash rate for the pool means they'll find blocks more often. The more often a block is found, the more often you're paid for your valid shares. If a pool has only 5% or 10% of the net hash, they'll find blocks much slower than a pool with 80% of the net hash.

OP, looking forward to seeing your response to my PM. Smiley
