***Rev 2***
The final Rev 2 release, which you've all been waiting for, will be released in two weeks' time from today.
It will include a fair bit of new technology, which of course we'll make known to you.
It puts XC's tech way into the stratosphere.
You can also expect incremental releases leading up to the final release.
Stay tuned.
Arlyn will you be updating the Op / roadmap with this and the date (sept 15) as it may be confusing for noobs when they look at it? Yup. When are you thinking? |

Removing himself from the team is the right thing to do. as i understand the statement PoBC is put on ice at least until he resolves his Asic project problems to his customers satisfaction.I'm 100% fine with that. there is enough exciting tech in XC right now and at the horizon.
I'm happy this all got cleared before rev3. was a painfull but nessesary process.
To those criticising the team for "defending" him for so long. Thats just human and shows of good character. I'm shure there has been discussions internally and he asked for time but days turned into weeks. In dubio pro reo means somthing you know.
This is a PR decision , and a good one, but not an admittance of having been wrong about jasin.
rdnkjdi, I never gave you shit for bringing up the issue or accused you of FUD. but this is the moment to rest it in here. It is not XC communitys responsibility to take your side in whatever comes to follow.
I hope you get your money back. ideally without legal actions.

Statement on XC's relation to JasinleeHello all We would like to state the nature of XC's relation to Jasinlee. Jasinlee is not an official member of the XC Team, as has been reflected on our website for some time. Jasinlee chose to remove himself from the XC Team out of concern for the effect that ongoing misperceptions about his troubled ASIC project might have on XC. As such, XC is entirely independent of Jasinlee’s various projects, and clients of the Fibonacci ASIC project have no basis for associating its outcome with XC in any way. We consider this matter resolved. Now concerning a separate matter, that of public perceptions of Jasinlee’s character and actions, at no point has the XC Team had reason to lose faith in Jasinlee’s integrity of character or doubt his intentions, whether toward XC or toward Fibonacci. Furthermore Jasinlee is entirely confident that a resolution will be reached. As such we have confidence that Jasin will resolve the outstanding issues with the Fibonacci ASIC project. Furthermore we believe that current arguments to the contrary are poorly substantiated and largely speculative, and therefore lack sufficient warrant. Given their severity, these allegations are thus of a highly unethical nature. Finally, regarding Jasinlee’s past role at XC, he is a thought-leader, and we are grateful for his insightful and energising contribution and presence. However Jasinlee did not make any contributions to XC’s code and has not had access to it. Thus he has not been a developer for XC. Thanks for your patience, everyone, as XC moves past this.
