If the premine was in fact used to pay for PR, community managers and other things used to develop XC then I don`t see why the huge hurricane of shit.  Yes things could have been a little more laid out in the open, but all that has happened here is the people looking to FUD found a foot hold on something that shook investor confidence and rode it into the ground.  There needs to be a more professional way to handle this thread.  Since XC plans to incorporate itself in the near future into a full fledge business.  We need to start handling this thread and the FUD in a more zero tolerance manner.  Fuck all the cries about censorship and yaddy yaddy yadda.  We need this to be a place of business for investors and new investors.  If we plan to incorporate soon as a business, then we need to handle our investor relations (ie this thread) like a business.  This is not how to run a successful business.  All things aside.. thanks for the cheap coins @ 44 and 48.  I like getting cheap XC, just not this way.

I think it would help calm the waters if we could have a statement of how Dan's development time will be affected by his second project - the Blocknet.

Up until now it seems like Dan has been putting 100% of his working week into XC.

How is that now going to change. 50% of his time into XC, 50% into Blocknet? 20% XC, 80% Blocknet.?

In the Blocknet topic, Blocknet is described as being backed by Dan.

its not FUD, fud is bullshit and most likely manipulation to gain something. when you tell people you will be transparent about the premine and then spend it. all of it. and not tell your community you lose the right to call yourself transparent. That's not FUD, those are facts. There's a big difference. You can't cover up every fact that has occured by calling it fud. that isn't ethical, honest or even something that people do unless their goal is to mislead.

It has been stated numerous times in the thread that the premine was being used to fund this project, and the address containing the premine was public.  And it was also stated that I was funding core development out of my own pocket. There is nothing to cover up, your twisting the situation to suit your own view point and creating FUD

again that makes no sense. You cant claim you are funding a project out of your own pocket and then fund the project with a coins premine. No amount of wordplay or anything else will change any of this. I hope you guys do stick with it and keep going for everyones sake, if nothing else there not being a premine means there is no more risk of dumping it. Im not really concerned as i dont hold any XC, but i am concerned about how this reflects on blocknet and the coins affiliated with it. Which is my point here. Have you even been following this project and how much has been developed by Dan?

Whilst Synechist has done an outstanding job as a PR man, anyone who has been following this topic will recognise his dedication.

You make it sound like the premine is gone and nothing has been accomplished. And as Synechist has said, Dan has continued working on this project after the pre-mine has gone and he had funded parts of the project himself: hardly the actions of someone who has done something wrong.
