Damn, I tried switching to windows, but I get hardly any hash.   Is the heavy algo just that slow?  I lost 1k hash on 6 rx470s

Thanks Claymore for all the support and i am a big fan of you software, but unfortunate we cannot use the software anymore due to different variant of cryptonote forks.

Is it possible to add different variant of the cryptonote like the light V7
now after everyone forking to block asic miners and there scam, they are adopting different type of the new cryptonote version

I agree with the addition of those algorithms.

Since I use assembler it will take a lot of time to implement all these changes and I don't have enough time currently. I implemented pow7 but for other forks you should use other miners.

Thanks for your work ! i use you miner since i started mining in september 2017. I will use it whenever possible. Currently i use pow7 for the algos i need. i Will comeback from time to time to look if you had time work again on it for heavy implement. I will use another miner meanwhile when i'll need to mine heavy algos waiting in my queue

All of Claymore miners already have that option enabled by default.

He most likely is looking for a way to solve from a hard- hang and it's not possible without a hardware
USB reset dongle.

Basically if a GPU causes a hard hang, you are better off using "wd 0" and it will let that GPU crash while the others will be still mining. Since with some AMD GPUs and the crappy drivers, after a crash it might hang the entire system during relaunch.

I understand, but as cryptonite lite v7 is the lite version of the cryptonight v7, only 1MB scratchpad instead of 2MB, so I guess as you already implemented pow7, the lite version implementation should be facilitate
