Any mobile app in development for our NEM?
Nemxtty Not bad I think Nemtastic would be a better name, though It's good, but sems to be not simple. How about "NemPhil" Phil is love in Greek. Nemophile? simply 'NemPhil' (=Nemphile) Nemxtty is too similar to Nxtty, the other crypto messaging app. Nemophile, NemPhil, Nemphile are also poor choices, the trolls will call it pedophile. Nemtastic is better. Make it less cryptic and add meaningful words to it. Just call it NEMeWallet and be done with it. It beats me with NXT's funny project names. Gets irritating when you have to keep trying to recall what NXtty, MGW, DEX, etc. are all about. To be honest I just lose count and don't bother. Remember we are hitting the man on the street and not us here in the forum. Unlike us who visit this place often, they don't give a damn about what's written here in the forum and they don't want to be confused with all sorts of acronyms. Let's be real guys. Just call it NEMy or NEMi. What is NEMi again? I think NEMi is better than NEMy. Both have same sound, but NEMi is better in visual, and "i" implies "internet" What's NEMi or NEMy may I ask? Is it a drink or a game or an ISP providing Internet connection? We are thinking over the good name for NEM mobile app.

OK than let us wait until the last BTT Account is HACKed too! and until that we can talk X times more of logos, distribution with the unclaimed stakes and BLA BLA B..L...A Well, it's not like the talk of logos and distribution is what is delaying the launch. NEM is currently being developed daily by a team of developers. It's not like NEM is sitting there ready for launch and we are just wasting time on silly votes and keeping it from the community. If you are not a computer programmer, it may be hard to understand but to write a software package as ridiculously complex and sensitive to security issues as NEM is no easy task. The fact that it has gotten as far as it has in less than a year's time is honestly amazing to me and as someone who has a degree in computer science, is a testament to the ability of the NEM dev team. But anyway, like I said, I understand the frustration especially if you are not too keen on all the details. You are just going to have to take my word on it that the wait is a necessary part of the process. If you do not want to wait, though, you are free to sell your NEMstake to someone else who would rather be a part of the community. That's completely up to you though, and I personally would not recommend it.

We are thinking over the good name for NEM mobile app.
NEM Mobile. Just like Opera Mobile. Don't make simple things harder, then there is. NEM Mini also looks nice.

Wouldn't it be great if at launch, we are able to use NEM to buy things at Overstock or Dell? I bet that would be a winner if we can do it!

I would LOVE to be able to use NEM to buy at Overstock... especially since they seem to be accepting BTC for international orders now. I would have bought from there with BTC already but all my BTC is tied up in other investments because I am not the biggest proponent of BTC right now.

Why would they accept NEM before it's even launched?

Why would they accept NEM before it's even launched? Why would you not understand what I wrote? Is my English so bad that you cannot understand?

Why would they accept NEM before it's even launched? I believe rockethead was proposing a hypothetical situation. But yes, why WOULD they accept NEM before it has even launched? (Answer: They wouldn't.) But, there is always a chance after NEM launches.

NEM Timeline/RoadmapNote: none of the above information is set in stone and will most likely be subject to change as we make progress. Can the start of phase two of the redemption process be added to the timetable in the opening post?

I swear if people knew all the good stuff going on behind the scenes all this time while everyone is waiting I assure you not one single person would be complaining about any delays!!!. If anything we would be told by everyone to delay further..
Launch is going to be EPIC!! Just have patience guys.. Soon all the amazing worked being done back stage will be known to all and at that point you will all be delighted that you stuck it out all these months..
I have a very good feeling about this. Can't wait to let the snowball roll.
