Mainly: there was no illegal activities just You may put this as "mixing" as someone told before but this is not worth as there's many other mixers if You want to do this as I found after I have realized what mixing is. I had instant withdrawals and didn't realize that I have to play with deposits as I have been moving money in and out if I didn't want to play after deposit for some reason (lines changed).
Secondly: I have explained this many times + I have send them ID + utility bill iven when I really didn't want to do this but finally decided to send it as they have been holding my funds 4 months.
The last: if You want to take "action against it" then pay out my balance and close the account instead of stealing my deposit!
You have been replying to my e-mails until I have sent my verification documents then You have stopped, why did You request all of them when You didn't want to pay me out anyway? how can I get my funds?
Where are You licensed - I am asking 4th time - please give me this information, thank you.

Ok so something that needs to be fixed is the "return" that displays which is off by a factor of 10. now when the bet is finalized or if I do a quick tab away and then shift-tab back, the return and odds are correct but it does display incorrectly in real time when you're sizing your bet.

For example: I bet something with odds 2.03. I type in 1 mbtc, it shows return of 2.03 which is correct. but then I add a 0 so the bet is "10" but return stays at "2.03" when in fact it should be 20.30. I type in another 0 so bet is "100" but return displays "20.30". I type in another 0 so bet is "1000" but return displays "200.30"

So in real time, the return displays as follows for odds of 2.03:

bet: 1  mbtc return: 2.03
bet: 10 mbtc return: 2.03
bet: 100 mbtc return 20.30
bet: 1000 mbtc return 200.3

etc.

We couldn't reproduce this on a simple binary sports market.   1 returns 2.03.  10 returns 20.3.  On which market are you doing this?

This happens on every market. Here's a video.

https://streamable.com/qutqt

Now just to be clear, I'm not saying that the odds are incorrectly applied on the actual bet. Once I place the bet, everything is normal. It's just that the dynamically displayed value of the "return" seems to always be "lagged" in that it shows the return for the previous value in the field. I would think you'd still want it to be displayed correctly.

Also, when I go to matched orders, the "last matched" and "settle date" times are all incorrect. I have the correct time zone set in my profile but it appears the times shown all default to UTC

ok. Thanks for the video. We will fix that asap.

Did you also get the part about the times being off? I feel like this is something that could be easily corrected but I still have the issue on the new site.

I'm trying to lay a bet against a team. The odds on the red lay bet button say 2.25. When I click on it, odds of 1.75 appear in the odds box. Why would I every want odds less than 2.00? I wouldn't even get my stake back if I won. Does that mean no lay bets are available?

I guess I'm asking how to lay a bet.

When I enter odds in the odds box of lay bet, as a maker/taker, the order doesn't get processed at the odds I entered.

Am I missing something here?

Are there any forum posts or resources that discuss this issue? I should be able to lay a bet at the odds similar to that posted on the red lay button, but it doesn't seem possible.

@FairlaySupport, can you please reply to this?

If this is true, I find it rather disturbing and damaging to the industry as a whole. You are well within your rights to refuse this user service, but holding his money (especially if he jumps through hoops to prove his identity) seems wildly unethical.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

2.25  are the odds the other user posted.   He posted 100mBTC at 2.25  asking for 125mBTC return on his 100mBTC stake.  If you accept it, odds are reversed. That's why you get only odds of 1.80.    It is the industry standard for exchanges to display it that way.

Hi tbone. You need to be aware of odds equivalences. Examples:
Back @1.10 is the same as Lay @11.00
Back @1.50 is the same as Lay @3.00
Back @6.00 is the same as Lay @1.20
etc. Smiley

After waiting several days now, even a week and more, I'm giving up on trying to create an account on your site. It's a damn shame as I actually like the UI and everything around it. I'll still watch this thread to see if there will be any resolution to my issue. I have not noticed anyone else having the same issue but I guess it is what it is.

Fair enough. Depends on your strategy. I am extremely careful when betting with BTC (I feel like I am betting with gold!). This bet was the "safest" I found. I'll wait 3 months... not betting anymore anyway before the Australian Open in January.

let me give you my idea. why not take RHavar  or any other trusted member and let him check if you have send them the correct ID and lets say who is lying. it should be an easy task to get justice here if both sides agree to work together with the neutral mediator

good luck for both sides but I really would like to see this cleared cause I am also a customer at fairlay

The 7.6 % are on top of the potential BTC price increase. Unfortunately, the liquidity on
the Back side seems to be gone already. Therefore at the moment you can only
bet against Trump being still in office at the beginning of 2018.

Ok, thanks for the quick response. That clears things up. So I should enter my Liability into the mBTC wager box, and not my lay stake, and then click Against.

Liability = Lay Stake x (Lay Odds - 1)

The user could not prove his identity when asked. We have to assume he sent in fake documents.

So you asked for documents, and when he reluctantly provides them -- you dismiss them as fake, because he didn't provide them immediately?

Can I ask what is the real problem here. You're upset he used your service for mixing purpose? And you feel that taking thousands of his money is justifiable punishment?

I'll be honest, if there's some police investigation going on about the funds or something of the sort -- I'll be a bit sympathetic to you holding the money. But just taking someone's coins because you feel like it is really shocking.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Hey guys, thanks for all the help and quick responses. I was really confused. Appreciate it. Nice site.

Formula for converting Lay Odds to Back Odds:

Back Odds = [1/(Lay Odds - 1)] + 1
