It certainly looks like when people aren’t busy on the boards they are busy at work elsewhere

Nice work Ricky. That’s one of the many great things about cryptocurrency, things are constantly moving and people can take direct actions towards improving coins with which they hold an interest.


In the meantime…

We’ve been talking about it for a while now and it’s time for things to move forward. The coin is getting a new name and that name is:

ArtsyCoin

Shocked? Of course not.

This new name will give us the opportunity to reach out to a broader audience and exponentially raise the potential for this community to expand. We have a marketing plan designed specifically for this objective and we anticipate a new influx of ArtsyCoin enthusiasts as a direct result.

meccoin4me send me a BSY address and I will send you some coins for being so clever.   For clarification meccoin4me did not name the coin. We registered the domain days before that post but the timing coincidence was uncanny.


To celebrate the new name we are going to have a contest!
We will post the official thread and details soon but if you want to get an early start we will be having a Coin Icon Design Challenge. We want the community to design the icon for the coin and will be awarding prizes to the winner (in addition to the fame and glory* that comes with winning).

* Please note “Fame and Glory” may be delusional or artificial in nature and is not actually an official prize  

So in anticipation of the official contest announcement get your creative juices flowing and your pens (or tablets) ready!

Thank you to those who have donating to the Facuet balance and to the server running costs, I will increase the reward now but would be great to see some more donations coming in to make the payout seem worth the effort for whomever claims a reward considering the current value. This will in turn increase awareness and build a bigger community so don't hold back. **I will decrease the reward as the value increase**

Also as previously mentioned, as soon as I see more traffic I will update site links on the right hand side.
