I didn't exactly know the DIONS service.

But if it is useful. Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime can use this service

by using Iocoin. It's very good advantage.

And 2% interest is some low. But 'supernode' could make

iocoin system more self-sustainable.


Lastly, if this coin can use the real value of blockchain (Blockchain is not only currency..)

it's maybe the first platform coin that uses blockchain with right propose.

I bet this The value is came from this. Not POW. POS ~~~ ~~~~

For your information: when we release the roadmap, we will also release a new website: iodigital.io and will setup a new BCT thread (probably moderated).

IODigital.io will explain our goals on a more upper level. All our projects (like I/O Coin, Chameleon, DIONS etc) will be "sub labels" of IODigital.
We focus on blockchain development and focus on getting businesses to adopt our blockchain technology. We proof that everything is secure and working with our own projects like DIONS.

Whatever happens: our focus will always be creating sub projects that need IOC to function. So there will always be a healthy "buy pressure" and "need" for I/O Coins. Some rumors in slack and Twitter about us talking to VC's and corporates that want to invest and connect to the I/O Digital blockchain. We can only say that there is a lot of talking, but we will only release info when things are final.

Things are looking absolutely great for I/O Coin and the project. The team is full blown in development and always will continue to do that. Not for any personal gains, but for satisfaction in creating super-cool blockchain technology and being part of a great game changing team. Sometimes people not understand the importance of the technology created. Maybe because we are ahead of time, maybe because those are the wrong people looking at our developments. We do not care about IOC price and we will never speculate on the gains or loss of the price levels. We let the technology do the talking.

We just say: ride the waves and stick with us if you believe what we are doing. In good price level times and "bad price level" times. All we do is "good times" for the team because we believe in the technology and skills of everybody involved.

All our ideas and projects will be explained somewhere this or next week in the release. Maybe not all info is there yet on release, but if you read all carefully, you will understand that we are making the future together.

Development Update June 3rd 2015

Hello everyone, hope my I/O Coin family is doing well. To start off we are putting the finishing touches to our roadmap. We hope that between today and tomorrow will go over the final draft, closing in on release. We had a slight delay due to one of our writers being sick for 2 days :-( but overall we are looking good. We are also awaiting for the latest screenshots of our New HTML5 wallet. The screenshots of our newest design, will be included in our infographics. All in all we are looking great and we can't wait to have you guys look and read what we have in store for all. Please keep in mind that our wallet system is 1 of a kind, This will be the first time anyone has made a DIONS platform work via coin daemon, rpg and HTML5. This system will be an upgrade to our current html5 system, in line for what we have in store.

This past week we also had a healthy debate on wallet security. We were going over the current qt wallet and html5 wallet security. We will have no problem matching current qt security, but we are also thinking of the possibility of doing more in the future after DIONS release. In the end the best security, is at the OS level. We must be mindful in keeping up proper safety mechanisms, either via vpn, firewalls, antivirus, and or using care when opening random file attachments. In my IT field, we have seen an increase of potential windows risks to the new bitlocker malware that's causing all kinds of havoc, by encrypting your computer files for a bitcoin ransom. This week one of the creators apologized and sent out the master codes and rewind 1 strain of his malware. Make sure to keep all your computers up to date with the latest OS updates. Keep multiple backups of your wallet's .dat If you have our html5 wallet, you should also make a manual backup. Close your wallet and if windows go into Appdata, roaming, iocoin folder and copy your wallet.dat.

So at this point DIONS is fully coded, we are 75% finished with our wallet design, Then it goes over to Pat (backend wallet dev) for DIONS integration. We then bug test, put the final touches, testnet and once we are 100% we will do a pull request to our I/O Coin github. If you have not seen any updates to our current github, its because we have been coding DIONS in a private account, to avoid any potential copying of our work before release. There is also been some slight talk on chameleon project and everyone will find out exactly what is all about in our infographics. Exciting times and lots of hard work ahead.

This is exactly why we never say any exact release date on things we release.
You can only let people down on their expectations.
 
Well, the roadmap is almost, almost, really almost finished, but we are not there yet.
Unfortunately we had to deal with some sickness and unforeseen delay and so we are a few days behind schedule.
Some things you can control, but these things you don't. At least we will have a good story to release soon.

So please some patience. We are getting there for sure.
