VIACOIN will hit at least 100k sat.

Not anytime soon. Too many jumping onboard now, creates a speculation which always hurts price in the end.

If you are a long term investor in VIA, better hope that the price does not rise fast.

so many over night rich kids around. What viacon have beside being fast?

Nothing. or something.

Read the OP.

There are 10m units right now, and 92M will be mined. Scrypt.

VIA is not for speculation on currency price, but for building services on it's blockchain.

its an ecosystem for future development.

it encourages people to build apps/services on top of its blockchain.

this is not just another and altcoin but a modern blockchain with ambition.

Yes, I realise that (but not really a troll in the disruptive sense) : the reply is a way of disseminating information.

I really hope there will a 2-3 % rise every day.. not too fast creating boobles.

It's quite funny to see a coin rising without news in crypto world. Seems like a good investment. But maybe it is again buy on rumor, sell on news ..lets see ! Slowly is good.

ah, yes, I see viacon without the i. Is it a con? my question is what make Viacoin different from other coins? isn't block explorer easy to upgrade for all coins?

Please do your research, there is plenty information if you look and take time to read, especially on post #5 and elsewhere. Comments that do not contribute to discussion or are repetitive of old topics are subject to moderation as per post #2.

 ViaCoin now trading on onecryex.com.
https://www.onecryex.com/trading/VIA_BTC

I wouldn't put your money into this site. It lets you add BTC, trade but won't let you withdraw any funds. It just says 'pending' forever and so far I have waited over 12 hours to withdraw my funds.
Support is non existent and the whole site looks shady and very basic.

can anyone please point me to a white paper on the clearing house project, also any points of differentials between this project and ethereum with what they called "Turing complete" language, for example is it theoretically possible with ethereum to build and therefore generalize viacoin ?

someone called ethereum a nonsense project but reason why I am asking this is that points are subtle , I am thinking is Clearing House packaged (or will be packaged) in such a way as to make it easier on application users, where else ethereum requires advanced programming to re-create Clearing House, and therefore prolong time to market delivery...

thank you

Viacoin needs a better paperwallet: just a little recompile really. The current one has a lengthy process of randomisation before opening, and is only opening client side (offline) using the 'index.html'.

The length entropy gathering will never go away - that's for safety. The wallet *does* work offline. Rightclick and save to desktop to try. http://viacoin.github.io/address-generator/

Thanks...The version I had saved did not work offline, but this one does.

The entropy gathering is just something that was longer than other comparable paperwallets.

"other paper wallets" are not generating randomness in a secure fashion. They are using old versions of bitaddress that are known/believed to be less secure.
