I am getting the files from Azor(just spoke with him) and he will be sending me the files.  Jjmv is willing to extend his hand to help and am very grateful for that.  Coinerz, thanks for helping with the transition and all.  Getting XBC back on top is gonna be tough, I am not afraid and once again(because I'm too excited) I will reitorate that GrounBEEFtaxi has over 1200 XBC now and am a certified shareholder of the coin.  I am promising to all on here that I will not sell and scam to make profit and I will hold onto the coin until it reaches parity with Bitcoin.  That is my solemn promise and that is all I can say at the moment.

Ok congrats GB. Now ask MDT again to take over things. There is a change he is still interested, but you have to ask in a nice way. I think it was miscommunication. Being a coin dev is a 24/7 job and is much more than one project. Be completely open and hand him over passwords and accounts. He is a pro and knows people who can develop, communicate and much more. You can do the Parthenon project simultaneous and together with MDT. You Azor an CryptoYoda can be the Parthenon dev's and MDT the general dev. Think of this please.

Oldnoob I have definitely thought about this and to be honest I don't want the leadership role of XBC. I will be its King though!  As far as being serious on the coin and ensure its future(with me in supreme full support)I will extend my reach out MDTSpain and maybe see if we can agree on some type of plan together(if he still wishes to help however).  The reasons are quite obvious. If I programmed for crypto as well as I played guitar then I'd manhandle this whole thing myself.  I don't want to sound inadequate here but Coinerz is right.  I know what strengths I have and which ones I don't.  I am a certified shareholder and retainer of XBC value and I intend to represent the truth and dignity on that.  Let's keep MOVIN! much love and Chup.

The devs want to be compensated for a very specialized skill, and I agree with that.  I can also see how it would be a nightmare for a dev to work with a dysfunctional team.  I think most of us can see that.  Could be the reason why Mindfox and MTD are on the way out, but who knows, that's just my perspective.  I would be frustrated as well if I were in their shoes...

With that said... Would it be possible to change the back end of XBC so that a percentage of the staked coins automatically goes to the team to help fund development, marketing, or overhead...?  What would it take to create this?  Team recruiting and retention would be easier with a system like this I would think...  Any thoughts?

The wallet works and it's solid, the organs are fine.  XBC needs a brain (direction from a core team), a face lift (website and social media), and a doctor (the devs).  Expansion projects, such Parthenon, sorry to say, may have to wait until a more stable foundation and a committed team is in place, but this is just my opinion.

Realistically, yes, there's a good chance for failure, but that goes for 90% of all the alts...  If it dies, well, it dies, but it will die with the website online.

Hell, my wife had a high chance of failure, a lot of fud was thrown out, I left and then I came back...  Ultimately, I stuck with her through the rough patches and it all worked out fine in the long run... hey a little humor never killed anyone...

Who is still part of the "team"?  Beef, Azor, Yoda, Mindfox (part time), Mr. MTD (if we can persuade him again hopefully)?  Mr. MTD my sincere apologies from the XBC community, sometimes passion for something can come across the wrong way.  Would you continue your work with XBC or would you continue supporting xbc if realistic goals and good communication lines are maintained?

It almost seems like everyone is waiting for clearly defined goals from management.

TRANSPARENCY UPDATE:

Ok so here's the status right now.

GrounBEEFMillenium: Still in it to win it.  Wishes to help XBC by creating an extension program to XBC called "Parthenon" to aggregate digital artist goods through a dropbox style environment that allows for a way to create an account(with information on name, BTC/XBC account numbers etc.)  Long story short my vision is a lightweight utorrent style client that allows quick tranfer of files once transaction has been sent.  I wish to create the other 98 percent of market that I-tunes-Kindle does not cater to.  Big dreams needs teams and I get that.  Any programmer that wishes to speak with me on this let me know.  Only thing I can do in that regard is maybe pay someone to help me create it.  I have no programming experience and will not pose as otherwise.  Currently owns 1280 XBC and is now a 1/50 shareholder and will not sell until moon landing has happened. CHUP.

Azor:  Still on board, has the files for XBC website and is still around.  I speak with him on a bi-daily basis on skype.

MDTSpain:  Has declined the offer to work on XBC and has sent me a message finalizing that.  The BEEF is sad about this but I understand he has a many projects he and his team are working on.

JJMV:  Has extended his help and wishes to put back up the XBC site(BEEF thanks God for this).  I am currently in talks with him on getting it back up.

CryptoYoda:  Has been gone for a bit because he is currently moving to Finland and has been extremely busy in that regard.  He is still in and we've both talked about loyalty on this coin and how much we dig it.  So no fear he has not left.

I agree and completely agree with Egghead.  I consider Egghead are part of the team already because of his loyalty(thanks for that my man).  I'm just looking for honest people and yes, we all have a long road ahead of us.  I am patient and I believe as long as we come up with some great ideas coupled with small daily actions we can prove everyone wrong, while still keeping the doors open to anyone that wishes to come back and help us.

That is a good idea and would give devs more skin in the game.A real incentive for any dev team to make a supercoin is to have them paid in that coin so the greater the results equate to greater rewards like a fair bonus structure/scheme

You are still not getting it.This coin has nothing to back it.It provides no product or service nor is it collateralised by any asset base.Stop talking about community when others such as dogecoin have to date failed miserably.You are NOT going to be a community coin because you have too FEW coins.The only hope you have is an elite coin that caters for the elite user who is prepared to pay at the high end to hold as a store of (WHATEVER??)value or use for whatever service.
You need a sales platform like ebay that digital commerce was supposed to provide and you need to do it before someone else does or dissolve into oblivion..Online banking and safe storage for deposit account holder/end to end user escrow option/online banks and an e-banking protocol etc etc.

Also, perhaps Ground Beef should back up his claims that he tried to contact me 'many times' by posting all of the emails, PMs etc... that I have asked for. ie - don't make silly claims unless you are sure you can back them up.

Also, I had moved on a long time ago. If you remember rightly, I was brought back into this thread because somebody had compromised both the XBCPlus.com domain account and the XBCPlus twitter account and it was left to me to mop things up once again as you weren't doing a thing about it.
