BetOwi.com displays the sort of website sloppiness which drives me nuts.

I'd like to send them an email.
The onsite "Contact Us" link gives a popup window to email them.
But it's necessary to already have an account in order to contact them, or it won't send.

BetOwi - Has it occurred to you guys that someone may wish to email you WHO DOESN'T ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Is it too much to ask that you post a contact email address on your site???
If you would have taken care of this basic and obvious situation, I wouldn't have to waste further time posting this.

There is a Sportsbook referred to somewhere, but no evidence that it exists.
No way to find out about the "Live In-Game Betting", although I suspect it doesn't exist.

As per the norm at too many sportsbooks, no email address or live chat, only a toll free phone number for those that don't mind getting sales calls at all hours for the rest of their lives.

Are you serious about this?  Why did ppl funds get confiscated at AC?  Did they do anything wrong?  How many players have this happened to?  I spoke to one guy who uses AC and says he likes it.

KYC verification is done prior to any withrawal - for bonus and non-bonus account.
So, we need to send you our passports or ID cards in order to cashout on your site?
That is not a nice thing to have...
It is necessary for Asianconnect to verify identity and the reason for doing so include, but are not limited to: the processing of withdrawal request, fraud prevention and payment method queries.
