Very rare. There was a 6 figure payout USD. They asked just to make sure they had the right person since it was a substantial amount and they didn't want to send it to the wrong person.

Right person for what though ? They don't really have our personal information like Names/addresses. So they won't be able to confirm much from just a random ID, and know if its the same person who created the account.

I'm not 100% sure of all the checks that were done but Nitrogen but payment was made.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, thats what I meant. Like someone pointed out, its either to win some time or hoping that they don't have to pay the amount out, because some people are scared of doing a KYC.

I can't wait to see the first reviews for the fortunejack and playbetr sportsbooks.

Fortunejack specially is a big casino that is known by everyone so they will start with some upside to say the least, whatever they have managed to build on their casino (the trust, the funding, the support etc etc) will be related to their sportsbook as well and I doubt they will run a great casino but a bad sportsbook or if people feel they ran a bad casino it will be a great sportsbook but nevertheless there is still no noise coming out of that place for sportsbook, maybe their users do not like sportsbook betting too much but it would be great to get it ranked and see how they are.

Plus, their sportsbook is new but their website is old so when ranking which date will you look for ranking? Will it have maximum of A because they are old or will be max C to B levels because of how new the sportsbook is?

davinchi-  Thanks for the post. I'm hoping for some user reviews on Fortunejack and playbetr. Of course I'll read other forums and media along with personally experiences. My guess is two weeks for a review to go up. Because the sportsbook is new at Fortunejack with minimal history on the sportsbook, they definitely won't open as an "A". The requirements to meet an "A" are stringent.

I made a deposit with Fortunejack on Saturday. For some reason I was locked out of my account and haven't placed any wagers yet. 3 days later, despite a multitude of conversations via chat and email, Fortunejack has been unable to allow me access to my account. I used to play at their casino a few months ago and then I found out they've also opened their own sportsbook but didn't decided to try it until I wait to see some more reviews from people in order to check how good they are. They are obviously new in this area of betting and it's expected to not find the best sportsbook available on their website but still considering the success they've had with their casino they should have a decent sportsbook as well. We'll wait to see the review from here and then decide if I want to try it or not.

I do think they have a fair amount of players, there have been people asking questions in their thread at least. I saw some issues with live-betting but since I rarely live-bet I couldn't give you a review on that. So far so good for me at least

Fortunejack opened in 2014 as a casino and recently added a sportsbook. For the most part the ratings here only include the sportsbook although casino problems are reviewed. There are a couple of problems at the casino although it's nothing that seems would carry over to the sportsbook. Askgamblers is a nice place to visit if you are concerned about casino problems at Fortunejack since both sides are presented along with input of an arbitrator.

1. Deposits - 1 confirmation.
2. Withdrawals - Normally under 1 hour.
3. Currency - BTC and 7 other cryptocurrencies.
4. Markets - A large selection of pregame as well as live betting.
5. Odds - the odds are competitive in most markets. There are a couple where the margins are high.
6. Interface - easy to navigate.
7. Sign up- Email and country required.
8. VPN - play allowed.
9. Location - Curacao.
10. 2FA - player's choice.

Cons:
A. Prior to making a withdrawal 50% of the deposit amount must be wagered.
B. Customer service: My personal experience was rough. I had problems logging into my account. Although live chat is available I kept getting referred to support email. It took a few days and numerous communications back and forth to resolve the issue. There is another player in FJ's BCT thread that is currently having a similar problem.
C. Winnings are limited to 10 000mBTC. All winnings above that amount will not be honored.
D. If multiple tickets are placed on the same wager, FJ has the right to cancel all wagers except for the first wager.

Although new, there haven't been major problems in the sportsbook. That said, there doesn't seem to be major reasons to use Fortunejack over the top rated books. Because the sportsbook is new and the cons listed above, Fortunejack opens up with a rating of "C".
