Uh, no. Not if you bought them at the right time for 1btc.

My current rig in the morning sun today  Cool

That's 2x BFL 60 Gh/s and 2x BFL 7 Gh/s, all with new arctic cooling fans. I also have 30x usb erupters (not pictured), totalling 144 Gh/s now heating my room.

(previous post about this rig here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=7216.msg2999470#msg2999470)

Anyone walking pass, realizes that its mining gear, they will have it in a flash, even though they might have to make arrangements for a ladder  Roll Eyes

That's risky, i thought of the same thing.

I thought on where to get the ladder!!! Cheesy

ROI on the ladder would be super  Shocked

LOL you kids Grin
I have thought of the risk, but from the street it looks like a CD player (remember those?) and/or christmas lights with those red blinking LEDs. It's like when you walk around with a lot of cash for some reason, you think somebody's going to jump you even though that's never happened before.

Great place where you live!! Where I live, I'd never leave a Tape player on the window, even on a 2nd floor!!! (Not even walk around with cash! Tongue)

Here is my Jalepeno. I updated the firmware with my raspberry following a guide on this forum. I also re-applied the thermal paste and used a brand new 5$ fan which makes zero noise compared the old one and works much more efficient. It was running between 60-70C before lol.
It is located in a cold room that no one uses Smiley. Connected to my raspberry which has a wireless network adapter:

How is my new baby?

Nice!!! I like it!
What are the difference when the upper fans turned on or off in temperature?
I was wondering to do that but not sure of the results, as every fan I put in my gear no matter where, it only make it worse.

This rig is a beauty. planning on building something similar. just two questions:
- You used two mobo on this rig. does that mean they are connected to two monitors?
- If they aren't, how do you connect both mobo to one monitor?

One at a time, get one set up and mining then just unplug the monitor and plug in the second computer. You don't need a monitor to mine.

Teamviewer works great for checking up on miner with no monitor needed Smiley

 Moved one of my October Bitfury rigs into a Spotswood case. The structural stability of the case provides a ~5-10GHs increase in hash-rate vs not having the rig cased.

Yes, VTX. As you see. One has backplate and others dont. I bought this one  later. Backplate was pleasent suprice.
Today i got power meter and did some tweaking.
2.95Mhs = 4x 1080/1500 @ 1.125v = 1200W from wall.
2.85Mhs = 4x 1030/1500 @ 1.08v = 1050W from wall.
Sacrificed 100khs for -150W.
Since my PSU is Lepa G1000, i settled for 1050w. However 1200W from wall was perfectly stable too.

I'm not sure, but I do know heavy boards like GPUs with bad heat sink designs can flex the card deteriorating the thermal contact with the GPU chip.

Either that or more directed, controlled airflow helps with temps a lot. 5-10GH over that many miners really isn't much.
