Headline/eye catcher for the website:
"A new breed of cryptocurrency" vs "A new breed of mining" vs something totally different.

My thinking is that we should emphasize that Burst is a cryptocurrency.

Also, we're all agreed that Burst is a currency instead of a 'token' used to buy cryptos via the monetary system, right?  Not the only reason but I think that's a big part of the reason why I think Nxt isn't valued higher.. because BCNext was pushing for it to not be considered an actually currency.

You all don't understand.  Even though tech geeks such as us understand these coins, the general public, being far dumber, does not.  Bitcoin is having enough problems being accepted all across the world.  The general public cannot comprehend more than one cryptocurrency at a time.  And Burst coin sure as hell has no chance of success.

Hi.  My name is timk225 and I had a hard time setting up burst mining and thought the directions to set it up were unclear, so I got mad and sold everything and now I like to bash the coin simply because I couldn't set it up as easily as I wanted.

Yes, you are correct our stories are all self-written -- written by someone in the community the story is about.  We are 10 days old, so the concept is new to everyone.  Presently everyone is writing like they are pro reporters but eventually the stories will come from the heart, will examine why people select the coins they select, why we contribute so many hours to specific communities, and why money is not the only motivator for some of the things that are done.

One part of the publication is for coins trying to rebuild after being viciously victimize (ie: the current cover article), another part is for shopping where you could buy with any publicly traded coin you wish ... overall the site seeks to bring various coins together in mutually beneficial ways.

Already, many different coins have formed strategic partnerships to help one another in different ways.  It could be as simple as a retweet, or help with voting on an issue, or fundraising, or help with coding, new block explorer, etc ...  The publication is The Einsteinium News located at www.eisteinium.biz (see sig).

I got this achievement today. What's about you guys? Tongue

What kind of spam?

I go an invitation to join some unknown SG pool. I responded by asking how much they would pay me for joining them. Got no response pack  Wink

Right thats what I meant. But I don't answer such stuff.

Dice game will be great too. I remember jackpot coin got a very profitable dice site which is open source I think.

If those games can be implemented into the wallet that will be a great way to burn some burst (not for profit game where house profit will be burn instead of keeping it)

Big update
BLTPS Project has got its first payout from LTCGear.
All transactions are made public, such that every investor will be able to see exactly how much BTCs the project is getting from Cloud Mining.
This is the BTC address link, and a proper section has been put in the official thread on Burstforum so you can quickly find it and check it when you want.
Payouts are those with a Green Arrow.
Red Arrows represent transactions going to reinvestment and Burst exchange operations.
I'll remember everyone that a big portion of Phase 2 and 3 payouts will be reinvested.

Stay tuned for another big update pretty soon and feel free to order some BLTPS shares if you want to join this project! Smiley

Update v1.1.3 - We got payed!
Burst Long Term Price Support project
(BLTPS)

Changelog
v1.1.3 - 22/nov/2014
Added the "Updated Mining Payout" link. This is a new transparency feature: every investor is now able to check exactly how much BLTPS project is getting from Cloud Mining.

Investment Status
Share value: 0.01 BTC - Sold Shares: 375 - Next goal: 450 250
Booked Shares (waiting for payment): 60
Hashrate supporting Burst: 174 MH/s (LTC)
