Why haven't no one made pre made Plots for people to download over p2p torrents so far ? Wouldn't be this better for finding more people to join your coin project?

lol...good plots are over 1 tb...some have over 50 tb...so its way faster to generate than download

Not really true i can faster download 50TB then making them. Maybe some people form a poor country have thins problem but all in one you can still download 1GB in like 2mins.

Since you need lots of CPU and ram for this, that would make things a lot easier.

ok 1gb x 1024 = 1tb 2 min per gb = 2048 min or 34.13 hours...imagine 30 or 40 tb

I can get on board with pre-plotted drives, but pre-plotted plot downloads means that someone has to have the space for these plots dedicated, and NOT mining, just waiting to be downloaded... sounds... wasteful to me.


Also, buying burst at any time isn't a bad idea. I will continue to buy until the price gets above 1000, no matter anything else. Because I believe in the coin.

Strange i had to wait almost a week with 2x 7990 GFX card doing this.
Which is also more power consuming then just to download them.

someone may create a "plot decrompressor" for downloaded plots which in real simply plots to the file based on a config made on a download page.
too bad that you would still have to maintain your private key on your own....
has anybody taken a look into developing a custom compression algorythm for the plots?
entropy based it looks not possible but what if you skip nonces which wont compress well together and use different nonces instead?
i think of no regular compression algo. i think of a custom one made for burst.
the whole idea would require much more cpu than simply reading the data from disk but if it works it may be awsome.

what happend to the attempts for all in one mining tool solutions?
is someone still working on it or is it ready for the masses to use?

If no then check the passke txt file and make sure that it matches the pass key of your account

Tommorow? It takes at least year(maybe 2.3.4...) with 5(I dont know exatly how much is it) PBytes at theese prices to earn only to pay HDDs.(Make a ROI) Unless somebody is using HDDs for free? Thousend(s) of them? I dont think so!

Loold to me like you're using the wrong version of Java...


search "download jre" in google, go to the first selection, then accept the agreement and download for your OS. Install...


Then, try again... if it still doesn't work... change the xmx number to something like Xmx1200m and see if that works.
